Girl in aAudi S6 V8T pulled on me

Get a motorcycle. More thrills/mile. I had the equivalent of a jb4 on the bike, a dynojet power commander. It plugged in between a number of different sensors and effectively fooled the ecu. The bike on the left was an '09 yamaha fz1. After exhaust and intake mods + power commander + dyno programming, ~150HP at the wheel and 75 lb ft torque, 1000cc i4. Roughly 25hp more and 10 ft lb. Part of the appeal was more power/torque down low. The engine really came alive over 7K rpm.
Bikes are definitely more of a thrill and more fun. I LOVE cars, but you can't even come close to what a bike gives you. Especially for the price. And you don't even need a fast bike to still be a hell of a lot of fun. I adore my MT-07. Full Akrapovic exhaust and an ECU reflash and it's nothing but pleasure at ~75-80 horsepower.

The FZ1 is an awesome bike. I used to have an FZ8, and really enjoyed it.

^^Somewhere in my future is a K1600GT. I still enjoy corners, but at a more sedate rate these days. Hard to believe it'll be almost a decade since I sold the fz.

Yep, easily. If you have any access to fuel, could easily do map 3 and so on. Make sure to play around and log and see how the performance is.

Map 2 for DD is definitely the sweet spot for me.

Damn you really want to stick it to the Audi huh lmao I love it.
Awesome. Like I said, she caught me off guard lol.. I literally have the stuff in my cart and K8 store is telling me my 1 step colder Densos that I got from Burger tuning could cause me problems and I should go with HKS, any input on this? Thank you

Densos are fine.. HKS are pricier but they last abit longer say 10-15k more miles.

In terms of performance, nothing was stated that one is better than the other.

Well I found some more info, fuel wires are basically a must have.. so jb4, bt adapter, and fuel wires and I'm set? Then I can find this Audi again
Spark plugs that are one step colder and a closer gap around .022-.025 is what you need. Also, fuel wires so you don't get a fuel cut starting in 3rd gear. I wouldn't advise a JB4 without the two items above. You'll drop more than a half second on your 1/4, and a few tenths on your 60 time, depending if you are AWD or RWD. I was limited to 4.2 because I was RWD, AWD would've been a different story.

You'll be impressed with the gains.

Yep I have the Densos gapped at. 025 right now. I believe the jb4 comes with the fuel wires now?

Yes they come with them BUT I would highly recommend you get the adapters so you do not have to tap into the OEM 02 sensor. A dealership can see this and it is noticeable. The adapters are $80 I believe and they keep you from doing anything permenant to your wires.

Will do. Thanks.. I ordered all of it so now hopefully I can keep up with you guys. Always been on the fence about a OCC, I love in Minnesota and it gets cold as shit here. Wondering if I should pull it off in the winter

There is going to be water mixed in the can but I don't think it's something to worry about as long as your lines are ok. Just empty your catch can often.

Basically keep any loops out of the lines so no water can accumulate?

So got the jb4, bt adaptor, mishimoto catch can, and the fuel wire adapters. I'm a pretty handy guy so is this all a pretty straightforward install. I've done everything else myself, just never dropped a tuner or can In. Any tips ahead of time for that can etc, and are the adaptors for the fuel lines pretty simple? Thanks gentleman

Thanks bud. One more question, as far as what maps can be run. Does burger send you info with what maps require which octane etc etc

Yep, they will also be on the bluetooth. Get the jb4 app as well which is about 30 bucks. (highly recommended)

Itll show which octane level is used for each map. Logs, adjusting settings etc.
