Yea I have a *great* view of my rear seats now. Finally, a mirror big enough to see all of our huge back window![]()
I think no has really bothered cause there is mirrors already out there outside of OEM to purchase. Maybe give it a few more months and the OEM mirror might pop up.I still haven't had any luck locating the OEM 2022 frameless mirror with homelink. Has anyone found a reseller or a part number for it?
2022 parts are hard to come by. I recommend you reach out to the guy that will match any mirror to any car (listed earlier in the thread) and tell him you want the subaru frameless homelink V5 with the compass mated to a hyundai/kia harness. it's the same mirror. you can see my photos up in the thread.I still haven't had any luck locating the OEM 2022 frameless mirror with homelink. No homelink in the GTSo the frameless mirror looks really nice, i may get that soonish. Anyways, I am trying to program in my new garage door, and I see that my mirror doesn't have any homelink buttons. Just a center power button with a left and right LED. I have a 2019 Kia Stinger GT (usa). Are the homelinks only for GT1 and GT2 line? f*cking lame if so

Curious, how does the OEM homelink mirror work in stingers. Does the ignition have to be on for you to open your garage door?
According to his website, that's only applicable to the newer gen models? Then why does Bobs say " Please note that in order for this mirror to be plug & play, the Homelink® buttons will only be operable when the ignition is on. "
I mean, i don't care, I'm only going to be using the garage door when my car is on, but still. I guess you could say this is an inadvertent safety feature. Now someone can't $5 wrench their way into my car, and press the homelink to enter my garage.
they still can into my wifes though :-/
Yep same mirror, I was going to get it from Bob but with shipping and taxes it was $300. Found it cheap on Crutchfield and took a chance on me being able to repin, which saved me almost $100. As for the compass I had the same thinking, to cluttered, looks cleaner without and much cheaper to boot.I take it ADVGENFLCHLN would be similar to this (without being re-pinned)?

I'm thinking about going the same route, the compass in other versions just seems like clutter..... direction is already displayed in the on screen navigation, and it can be displayed in the cluster.
Is there any reason I'm missing to want to keep the compass in the mirror?
