how are you drying if you aren't using towels? The foam cannon is going to leave water spots if you don't dry it, it's only purpose is to reduce potential paint damage when washing the car, it definitely adds time to the whole process.
Yah that's how I wash my cars... Using foam cannon is great! The idea is that by covering the car in foam and letting it sit you're loosing up the dirt and grime so that you cause less damage when you put your wash mitt against the car and start rubbing. Some people spary foam the car, let it sit for 5mins, rinse, spray foam it a second time and then use the 2 bucket wash method. That's probably the safest way to wash your car but you need to be a bit of a detail nut to do that.
get a boar hairs brush for the first pass before the mit .................Yah that's how I wash my cars... Using foam cannon is great!
AmenSpent about $100 on a good water filter. Ceramic coating, plus foam cannon plus water filter = a very clean stinger!
does this enable you to completely skip the drying step and not have water spots?Spent about $100 on a good water filter. Ceramic coating, plus foam cannon plus water filter = a very clean stinger!
I have a dedicated line from my soft water loop to a bib by the garage for car washing only. Using the soft water and a quality foam cannon, and leaf blower, no towel drying and limited to no spots. Also the soft water increases the foam quality and quantity. I will usually hit the car with a quick detail nonetheless to shine it up.does this enable you to completely skip the drying step and not have water spots?
