I seriously don't hear anything abnormal.
Excessive Road Noise? Howling/humming sound

I have never owned a car that makes that noise when on the freeway. If that's normal for a stinger, then I guess I'm just going to have to return the car. $50K for a car that howls on the freeway is not ok with me. It just sucks cause otherwise its an awesome car.

So, did they check a wheel bearing? If it comes from one corner, it is bad tire or wheel bearing. I dont see anything else that can make these kind of sounds. And in that clip i don't hear anything abnormal at all.

I can hear it, a low pitch that does sound like soft blowing over an open bottle. But the road noise is three times louder.
When I was coming back from GA last year, I didn't know that my LF tire was damaged such that a small patch of outer tread was lifted up. I did notice a new road noise that was a faint throbbing sound. When I got new tires it went away, go figure.
The point is that there are so many noises produced by a running car that any number of them can come and go during its life. Tracking them down is only worth it if the particular noise interferes with music or conversation, in my humble opinion, of course.

Yeah, I guess what gets me about this is that this noise was not present at the initial test drive or the first few hundred miles. I'll admit I'm hyper sensitive about the littlest things on my cars...some people may never notice but this noise that it's making is not what I'd consider faint by any means. That said, maybe you're right...it may go away or may get worse. Time will tell as I don't think there is any possibility of returning my car as it's considered a used car at this point.

So many possible causes, and even more than one at a time. A simple thing like a door seal no longer in alignment or starting to come loose along an edge; invisible; but air getting in under that could cause the noise. A tire developing a flaw because of belts letting go; a bearing - not expected this soon, but a BAD bearing is possible even right out of the box; life always has imperfections. A fan belt or other belt that is flawed or worn can cause a new noise; the list is literally as long as the number of moving parts! (in this case, the wind is the moving "part" of the equation)

I'm sort of in the same boat here. My car's sound is louder than in your clip, but it is the same noise. Wasn't present at initial test drive, but since I have 900 miles on the car I cant really return it. I am super sensitive to these sounds though, and I have a hour commute one way every day, by the end of it all I am thinking about is the noise. It might go away or get worse over time, however I will say that a car that is built to compete with an audi S4 should not make this noise. If one of those were making this sound 75 Germans would be locked in a room until they found the cause and could make it stop.
No kidding! Let's stay in touch regarding this matter and update if we find a fix or if it goes away on it's own. I will keep doing my research to get to the bottom of it.

Will do. I'm gonna start by covering various vents on the front with painters tape and see if its not the brake ducts.

So I think I might have found the cause of this noise, I attached a pic. The red arrow in the pic is pointing to a bolt that is not attached to anything at all. The panel it is in is loose. It is in a panel under the front of the car, just behind the front axle, and close to the mid point between the front wheels. Can anyone else confirm that their stingers have this bolt and if it is attached to anything?

Are you saying that it's loose? Because that is one of the six fasteners that hold your main under-panel on (you can see its opposite number in your pic). In times past, a question was raised about how it hangs down in the back. In snowy conditions, if you back out in deep snow, it will catch and scoop up snow!? 
At least one that I recall had pulled down and was ruined.

Here is mine, also not attached to anything. I also find it odd that there are holes for screws at the end of the panel that are empty...

Interesting - so in addition to tightening the bolts down more, where did they zip tie it? We may be on to something here...

My underpanel has a screw in the hole with the red arrow pointing to it, but that screw is not attached to anything at all. So the entire right side of that panel from the front fasteners back is loose.
Mine is the same

I wonder if mine is the same!? I've seen those six fasteners and just assumed this whole time that they actually "fasten" to something. If not, WTH are they for?
