Just called Eibach, they're not expecting to have the springs back in stock until June 21, and Sways until August 2. That seems outrageous to me.

I asked about why the backorder is so long, and the response was "We only have 1 machine that makes sway bars for all makes and models". I'm shocked to say the least.

I just installed my Eibach swaybars.

*points and laughs*

That’s definitely bad business. There is a group buy here in Oz that wont get theirs until late July.
Maybe try ebay to see if you can get a pair quicker form some one who has stock. Maybe worth paying more to get them sooner.

Surely there are other brands equally good. Why are we all going only after Eibach?

I’ve had so many set of Eibachs I feel like I know exactly what I’ll get. I also like the drop better than the other popular kits on the market. If someone offered coil overs that were ECS compatible I might consider that, but I don’t see that out there either...

I have one set of the sways left in stock

and a couple springs left

As for other options ARK Also has sway bars available

Hi All,
Hopefully i can help to get you a proper update on this. On any given day there are several potential delays when manufacturing. This is nothing new and has always been the case.

For the springs.
We are currently missing the front springs that are in production now. the current ETA is Friday 6-21-19. The front and rear springs use a slightly different wire sizes, so production time between the two can vary.

Anti-roll Bars.
Rear Bars are in Stock- Part# E40-46-035-01-01 - No delay in getting these from any dealer.
Front Bars.
The current delay is with the raw material. If our suppliers are late to us, we're late to production. it's that simple.
We also had a batch of these that were recently finished and shipped to our customers who had pending back orders, so you may find a few places that do have them in stock.

@YOWStinger
Since you appear to be in Canada, I would also recommend contacting your local KIA Dealer. We have been working on a program to supply KIA of Canada with these springs and bars and they have recently received a good inventory of everything at their Toronto office.

The bars can be referenced using the regular part# of E40-46-035-01-11
The Springs can be referenced using part# K10-46-035-01-22 which is exclusive to KIA of Canada and includes rear dust boots and Bump Stops.

Please understand that we manufacture thousands of springs and bar part#'s from our California factory and we don't like these delays anymore than you guys. We are working to get these produced ASAP!

Ahhhh, too late! @NICK_KHAR hooked me up! Great that Kia is going to offer these directly, a) because they feel necessary, and b) because Eibach makes such a great OEM+ product. Thanks for jumping in here @Jreyes ! Think this is going to make a lot of Stinger owners happy!

Glad to hear you're all taken care of! @YOWStinger

Nice to see a rep here from Eibach, lots of us have your products fitted to our Stingers worldwide now & hopefully you are able to answer questions members have re: installation, settings & performance etc.
Looking forward to any technical input from the actual manufacturer.....

Jared, it’s great to have you on here, I have had your springs on my car for almost a year now and I will have your swaybars at my house before the weekend..

The one thing about your springs and frankly all the other options is that the front sit almost unlevel to the rear.. it truly needs to be .5” lower..

Any plans on a more aggressive front spring option?

Super! If you could look over this thread Eibach F/R Swaybar Review! and clear up any misconceptions I would be grateful. (sorry for the off topic content; try and ignore that)

Reverse rake appears to be case by case and from what i've read/seen, is more significant on RWD Stingers.

I have the Eibach springs on my AWD GT Ltd. and it sits level. If anything it has a slight rake (not a reverse rake).

This is what I've noticed as well AWD seems to be more level where RWD doesn't look level to me. For this reason, I'm not considering doing springs until I see something better.

Bottom line is they only made 1 version which is for the added awd weight.

I have awd and still wanted it lower... I suggest anyone with RWD look at Coilovers or wait for someone to offer RWD specific springs.
