Girodisc rears been out for like 3 months now

That's weird, I have an email from Girodisc on April 22nd saying the rear discs would be ready in 2 weeks.

Latest news I got from EBC America was no development on the rear two piece, but I’ve seen signs that some solid slotted rears will be available.

So, looks like they never launched a 2-piece rear kit. Strange decision to have front kit and not to have the rear one...

Probably such a setup (floating in front and slotted in rear) won't hit much for performance, but a bit weird combo afterall.

Practically speaking, 2-piece rears don't gain anywhere near as much as a good set of fronts. Besides, another reason is the integral drum parking brake. To do a true 2-piece lightweight rear rotor, properly, you'd really need to add a secondary caliper to take over function of the drum parking/E-brake. Way more hassle than it's worth.
