Jeezuzz man , thats how you used them ?? No wonder you cant sleep !!!!!!!!!!!o_Oo_O:thumbdown::thumbdown::whistle::whistle::p

Since this conversation got started, I saw another thread on what part of our seats are leatherette and what part leather. And it appears that the bolsters, where this scuffing is happening, is leatherette, not leather. It certainly appears to be leatherette in the pics and not leather. If this has already been covered in this thread, and I have forgotten, my apologies. :P

Madman do they replace the whole back of the seat

Yep, appears so. The entire seat back was "different" if you know what I mean? My first thought was an auto-trimmer but it was only there about 3 hours, not enough time to stitch in an entire new section in, in my opinion.

Its OK , we dont think less of you for buying these .....................well not much less , a bit though ....................bawaaaaaa .

My stinger only has 600km and I knew about some people getting marks on there seats so I’ve been getting in the proper way. After being at the dealer for window tint my outer bolster has a very light one cm scuff. I’m not 100% sure it was from them though.

That's good that most wearing part made from leatherette, that's what I hoped they done, but why then that one getting scuffs? It was made from leatherette right against scuffs I suppose, to be harder...

I've always thought that leatherette, any synthetic aping leather, wears worse than real good quality leather. The most wear on the seats is going to be the back and butt areas; unless the driver gets in and out in a way that applies a lot of stress on the seat, mainly the bolsters apparently.

Hmm. In the Napa versions don’t the bolsters inflate a little more in Sport mode? Maybe the scuffing is occurring because the inflating deflating is weakening the material?
Am I right about them adjusting for Sport? I haven’t put my hand on them and felt it as I’m usually driving. Could be a test to try?

I'm not sure the bolsters inflate or deflate as much as the deflect into our away from the seat. I don't know that they move at all once set, either, such as when you turn off the ignition and the seat moves back.

I know. Things I need to investigate!

Another youtube reviewer with leather scuffing, skip to 8:34

Another youtube reviewer with leather scuffing,
Few and far between. This car and SOME passengers/drivers have "butt interface" issues. :P

And another one, skip to 1:37. Wonder what can be done to prevent this. Any chance the warranty would cover it?
