Update on my roof ditch moulding paint chip reported earlier in this thread: I wasn't keeping on top of my case, due to a month dominated by computer problems, HOA crises, a miserable summer cold, and life-in-general. Gotta keep on those folks
constantly! I called this morning to find out that the second set of photos my service manager took on August 3rd
still have not made it into my case file! (The first set, taken at my dealership June 28th also were "lost.") They may be with the district service rep or they may have never left the dealership. This time I finally got the email address of my case manager, Yeimy, from Judy and sent the three pictures I had taken (and which she had originally said I needn't send), along with an email explaining both the times I'd already had pictures taken at the dealership. I also pointed out that since the closest dealerships are 12 to 16-1/2 miles away in L.A. County traffic, I don't want to have to go in to have more pictures taken.
It's just one itty-bitty paint chip that shouldn't take more than an afternoon to fix (even if they have to replace the moulding), and all I want to know is how it can be fixed and whether it's my dime or theirs. This should be easy for them, and shouldn't take this long.
Aarrgghh! I don't know how those of you with
real paint problems maintain your sanity.

(Well, maybe some of you haven't, but I'm not judging you, just sympathizing.)
