... uh - of course you can change your own oil.Not sure if the Kia warranty allows you to do your own oil changes.
This sets a bad precedent. Lets not normalize needing to "tip" skilled labour.That's f-ing ridiculous! Just plain lazy and thoughtless. I never take my car to the dealer unless it's a recall issue. You can't trust them. Find a good local mechanic and get a good working relationship with them. Hang out in the shop while they are working on your car and tip them $20 every time they do something for you. It's always worked for me. Knock on wood. It shouldn't have to be this way, but it is.
