Changing badges

Trying to get my badges replaced with the stinger badges but the Kia dealers I have contacted had said they don't have someone that can do it. Kitchener kia and and Brampton. I honestly don't want to do it myself. Anyt one in the GTA that can get this job done?

Thanks for your help!

Look for places that install auto parts with good reviews. I used a local place here that had good reviews on workmanship, I had no issue using them for my badge swap. I don't know GTA so I can't recommend any.

Honestly, you're better off using an experienced parts installer than a Kia dealer, IMO. Plus, an independent shop is probably cheaper, I think I paid 40 or 50 bucks for install.

Dont let your dealer attempt this , take it to an autobody shop , they re and re badges all the time so they will do it properly minimizing the chance of damage ............good luck

Sounds like a plan. if any one from the GTA can recommend an autobody shop it would be great!
Thanks in advance!

Ok you likely won't like what I have to say re badge removal and having someone other that yourself do it. So instead I suggest you follow westcoastGT's advice....it is solid!! Good luck to you.

Keep in mind that a dealership tech probably won't have the stuff to safely remove your old badge and the old adhesive. Most auto techs aren't going to be knowledgeable about what will damage paint and what won't as far as chemicals go. It's just not really a requirement for the job. A body shop is definitely your best bet on this.

Now that’s one I haven’t seen yet. Very creative:geek: good on you. I might go that route when my Stinger overlays wear out.

Thanks, super easy to do, and undo if you ever want to revert, or change

I am trying to decide whether to buy overlays for the front Kia badge, the steering wheel, and the wheels. I am torn on doing nothing or installing the E or the vintage k overlays. I am sure this topic has been discussed quite a bit in the last few years. I own the GTS so the rear looks good and I am gonna leave it be. Any suggestions?
