I wouldn't worry too much about resale value due to minor cosmetic damage that is properly repaired. Chances are it won't even show up on a vehicle history report. A couple years ago my wife ran over a tire carcass in her 4 month old F-Pace and cracked the bumper and a few other parts similar to your Stinger. Jag parts are a bit more expensive and it was around $2500 to repair. Running over a dead tire, even though it was kicked up by another vehicle, counts against collision insurance. So it was $1K deductible on our policy. But the good news is that it didn't show up on vehicle history reports (due to smaller $ amount, not a police report/collision with another vehicle or property). Yours probably won't either. And it would also be considered under comprehensive coverage. So if repaired properly, minimal if any hit to resale value. If you haven't already reported to your insurance company, you might want to take it to a trusted body shop for an estimate as if you are paying out of pocket. That way, depending on your comp deductible, you can consider getting it repaired out of pocket if you fear it would be documented in history report. For example, if you thought your car's value would be diminished by $2K due to accident reporting and your deductible was $500 for say a $1500 repair, you might be better paying out of pocket and pretty much ensuring nothing goes on the vhr. Btw, sorry for all those porcupuns, and i hope they did not offend.
