Burger Tuning JB4 for Kia Stinger!

Ok glad to know that it is harmless. Doesnt really bother me too much - it's more my passengers that ask whats wrong with the car.
Other than this, do my logs look good? What about the cutout on map2 after changing into 2nd? I've had this happen a few times.
Also, with my mods - exhaust, intake, BOV, is there anything you recommend I change in the settings on the JB4?

The ECU commanded a boost drop there, if not from spin maybe related to the BOV if the spring is set wrong.

Settings themselves are OK. Are you AWD or RWD?

RWD. The BOV spring should be fine - they are GFB BOV's which are high quality and highly regarded.

Having done Stinger BOV devleopment myself, it could be related.

For now let's try this. Set 1st gear boost limit to 3psi, 2nd gear to 2psi, and let's see if it makes any difference.

First I tried 2psi drop in 1st and 1psi drop in 2nd. That really smoothed it out but also drops the boost a little more then I wanted especially on map 2. So I ended up doing 1psi first gear and .5psi for second and it’s working great. The first picture shows boost after the setting and 2nd with boost by gear off. Boost looks smoother I think.

I tried two pulls from 100kph @ gear 3

The premium gas is not so good here, does it show on the graphs?

I'm only able to look at CSV files which I can open in the JB4 interface here and scroll across.

Thank you, I attached the files.

It's not too bad. A few minor drops on map0 and map2, and then as you step up to map3 you see drops increase. So map2 looks like the best fit for your fuel currently.

We have the BOV adapters in stock finally: BOV adapter for KIA Stinger GT 3.3L - BurgerTuning.com

Rather than waiting until we get the valves with the right springs we decided to just offer the adapter ala-cart. There are authentic valves on amazon and ebay with the spring for $260 shipped. And fake Tial valves for a fraction of that for those who prefer that route.

Hey everyone. Looking to purchase this in the near future. What type of gains can I expect on the GT RWD with K&N intakes and running 91 octane?

Can you not get 93? Maybe run an E85 mix?

91 and intakes according to Burger was dynod at 416.

Intakes and e85 mix was dynod at 434

Lay ive got the K%N drop in filters on my gt2 rwd...and all I can say what gains and charts you see on paper do not equal the fun factor you get when you 're behind the wheel....if 91 is all you can get, put some e85 in the tank on fill up....ill bet you map 2 will work for ya just fine :) Wash

Added HFCs and managed a 12.17 on Map 2.

I’m hearing mixed opinions, do I need to gap the Denso or HKS plugs?

I thought it was either gap the stock plugs, or upgrade the plugs.

Any plug you end up using even if it is the stock one will need to be gapped. It is recommended to go with a one step colder plug and the two options available are the Denso and HKS, in both cases you will need to gap as well.

Depends on who you ask. We suggest running the Denso plugs gapped at 0.022".

Just came back from the dyno.

Run 3 - Map 5
Run 1 - Map 3
Run 6 - Map 2
Run 7 - Map 1

All on 93oct and 50/50 WMI. Mods in sig.
