Burger Tuning JB4 for Kia Stinger!

Anybody getting good mpg with a e85 mix? Doesnt show it on the dash and normally I'll have to gas up already.
Depends what you consider 'good'. My last tank was 21.2mpg mixed driving (I drive about 16 miles to work each way, zero highway but some back roads)

First time out to the track with JB4 yesterday, managed 12.6 mainly due to hot weather and bad traction, I managed 12.7 on a completely stock car last winter and I am sure I can run 12.3 as is in better conditions. I was trapping almost 115mph on map 2, while other cars trapping +/-112mph were running 11's.

My car has JB4, 02 wires, meth and thats it.

I am personally done going to the 1/4 track until a solution for the TCU is addressed. The car definitely has 11's with its current power with good tires and a proper launch. Very frustrating looking at the graph and seeing partial throttle after launch while I am pressing so hard I feel like my foot is near the radiator. I understand KIA has done this to control wheel spin and get better times on the street, but a solution should be available by now to give full power and build some boost from the launch. At this stage just adding power will barely make any difference to the 60 foot and the 60 foot is one of the key areas to improve your 1/4mile time.

Terry, I am sure you are aware of this. Anything in the pipeline?

What is your 60ft? My AWD is slow to launch still as well and getting a 2.06 60ft.

If you are RWD use the new boost by gear settings, makes launching much easier. JB4 logs of your track runs? Let's see what we can do.

I run 4-4.5 gallons of e85 and the rest 93. Much more than that you may run into fueling issues..update to the newest firmware also as it has fuel pressure logging now.

WTF is terry when you need him lol ? do i need to post this on another vendor thread for him to answer...lol joke

How many miles per tank are users getting with a mix of 93 octane and 30% e85?

What map/settings do I use if I run 100 Octane?

From N54 Tech

Map 0: JB4 disabled
Map 1: 4psi over stock peak tapering to 2.5psi at high RPM. Default performance map suitable for all 91+ octane fuels.
Map 2: 5psi over stock tapering to 4psi at high RPM. Suggested for 93+ octane fuel.
Map 3: 6psi stock tapering to 5psi at high RPM. Suggested for high quality fuel including unleaded race gas, ethanol mixtures up to 30%, or high quality octane booster like Torco or Boostane.
Map 4: Valet map, runs around half as much boost as stock.
Map 5: Up to 7psi over stock. For use with unleaded race fuel and/or E85 mixtures up to 30%.
Map 6: User adjustable map. Enter value of boost over stock by RPM on user adjustment page.
Map 7: Up to 7psi over stock but without top end taper. For unleaded race fuel and/or E85 mixtures, and bolt on modification.
Map 8: Progressive WMI (water/meth) map. Increases boost as a function of methanol flow & methanol boost additive. Holds boost low until WMI is flowing to avoid tip-in knock, and reduces boost as a function of WMI flow in the event of interruption like running out of fluid, leak, or component failure.

my question is can you safely run e-85 on the stinger? or race gas? so my main question how much e-85 per gallon of 93 octane?

E85 up to 30%. So 4.5 gallon per tank.

Everyone's driving style is different. This will depend on how and where you drive. I do 90% interstate (75mph average) and with 3 or 4 full throttle pulls i get 24-25mpg on e30, i drive over 140 miles a day though. 93 octane i average 27-29mpg.
