One thing to note, when you fit the mesh you have to lift the lining up slightly and slide in diagonally then shimmy it around til it fits in place. I used a small screwdriver to lift the edge up and over the mesh but be careful you don’t tear it. There is not much room to manoeuvre so take your time. Better if you can get wheel off. From start to finish took me 90 mins.

Ok after ALOT of stuffing about I got the screens in. I went down to my local security screen door place and they gave me some heavy duty stainless steel mesh which was painted black. I cut a template using cardboard from a cereal box and trimmed so it was slightly bigger than the hole as they is a recess in the brake vent opening that you have to fit to as the lining has to overlap it and hold it in and prevent water from getting in. At no time did I have to remove and lining or the wheels.
The hardest part was cutting the mesh. Any way all done! Looks great.
One other thing to note the vents are different sizes, don’t know why.

Ya you are welcome for that brilliant idea I had. Just kidding looks great that’s what mine look like. It’s definitely worth few bucks and time to save on repainting doors. Watch how much crap collects in there between washes you will be happy you did it.
