Borla Exhaust for Kia Stinger

Actually ARK Grip exhaust has no drone I installed it yesterday and filmed the install for everyone. I like it a lot. I do need more drive time with it but there is no drone what so ever. They added these crazy pipes i cant remember the name off shooting off the side and those are to remove all the drone. Video is just about Rendered and i need to upload it. I have some decent audio clips so guys wait to check it out before you make a decision. I will post it in the DIY section of this forum when its ready to go

LOL I got the last one left. They are making more so talk with David K8stinger.com. He's on the boards. He has a couple spots left for the new pre-order. The first one was very very limited. ARK told me who had the last one and I snatched it up

Helmholtz resonator? They work really well to cancel resonant frequencies in exhaust.

Interesting, ARK grip is sold in Korea too
but users say there is a lot drone so I wasn't even considering it. I wonder if it is the exact same model.

In this car on the freeway you cant tell it even has an aftermarket exhaust on it may be a different model that they're referring to all I can say is when I'm on the freeway it sounds like the stock exhaust until you step on it and then you can hear it

Is that a picture of the ark grip exhaust for stinger 3.3 (the resonator part)?
It looks different than the one they sell here:

(This one has good sound but terrible drone.)

EDIT: nevermind I just saw StingerGTandMe's video and it seems to be the same thing.

I can order it right now and have it shipped directly to you. Borla partnered with Stinger HAUS to be the sole provider for the exhaust. if you are not a vendor with Stinger Haus you cant order it. Just so everyone is on the same page you would order it through the authorized dealership and pay the dealership for it and a few days later...poof Borla noises will be at your front door.

So this exhaust does not void our Kia warranty globally?

Sorry for the confusion - I was searching Helmholtz resonator and that came up. It's from Altima.
Glad you posted the Helmholtz does not stop droning. I hate drone.

I spoke to a dealer rep for Stinger Haus and was told that although it won't void your warranty outright, your still installing it "at your own risk" since they could try and void your warranty if they determine it was the cause of said issue.

1500.00 is exhaust cost and install at a shop would be about 1-2 hrs (it only took us 30 min with 2 guys). I don't see any issue with warranty but again like everyone says when you mod a car you take a risk.

Mmm... strange will be making future decisions on various exhausts and to a degree will rely on the forum for some ideas. However jokes just make it a little harder to interpret. Was considering borla.
