Install wasn't too bad other than one of the brackets was bent, and the quick clamp system on the right side of the stock intercooler is tricky/annoying. See the link regarding the quick clamp: http://www.kstinger.com/intercooler-396.html

You can run a rubber cap on the toe hook or chop it off

Installed mine yesterday. Arrived with one of the ear mounts considerably bent, too. Packing wasn't great and UPS beat the hell out of the box. No instructions included or on item page, but its all fairly easy. The bent ear required some love from a mallet, but couldn't quite get it perfect. This made lining up the factory mount points/bushings/BMS mount points all a bit tricky. The t-bolt clamps could stand to be a bit larger. Included silicone couplers are nice and fit well, as does the aluminum coupler. Bumper cover and splash shield all went back together without a hitch. No driving impressions yet, only put a few miles on it. Overall, I'm pleased and its a steal at $500.

The intercooler brackets have slots, so you should be able to move it over so it doesn't hit the tow hook. My intercooler clears it no problem, work of art!

Installed mine on Wednesday, it was fairly straight forward. Couple of minor things fitment wise, but I posted a review in another thread if you're curious.

Got mine on Wednesday and tried to install today. I must have gotten a bad one because there were crazy fitment issues. Passenger side was hitting the tow hook mount, the Z brackets were about 2 inches off from lining up. In the pic you can see the passenger side needs to come forward so the grommet will fit into the intercooler top bracket, but it's hitting the tow hook mount, so can't move forward...

Did you put it in backwards lol? I had to knock the passenger side bracket out about 1/8" but other than that it fit perfect.

Lol I thought that... but no. There's only one way to really mount it or the brackets would be really off

Loosen the mounts and make sure u slide it all the way to the drivers side
