Hello all,

Looking at purchasing some new wheels/tires for my GT2. Been eyeing some TSW’s MOSPORT. With that said, what’s the biggest size I can go on the stock suspension? What’s optimal? I don’t mind the 19’s but would like to see some photos.

With that said if anyone has any other staggered wheels on their car, can ya please share?

Thank you.

Hi. I have TSW 19" staggered "Watkins" for my non-winter wheels. Offset in front is 40, rear 39: 8.5" wide in front, 9.5" wide in back: I run Michelin PS4S, same width as OEM PS4. They clear in front to a nicety. 34 and 46.5 are the offsets for the staggered OEM 19" wheels: so, you can see that adding half an inch to the width in front and pushing in 5 is a balancing game. There is plenty of room in the back for more width (wiggle room) but not so much in front.

Reads legit, my question is what do you notice different in handling properties, really like to know

It's impossible to tell a performance difference because of the lower rolling weight of the TSW: they weigh 21-22 lbs each: the OEM GT wheels are c. 34 lbs each, so, you would expect to feel some increased response off the line at least with the TSW. However, without running the exact same tires on both sets of wheels, I cannot tell that the difference is the wheels. My TSW setup with the PS4S tires without a doubt corners better, but that is tires not wheels responsible for gription and thus also exiting speed.

Get 22's

Have 19x9.5 on front +30 and 19x10.5 +45 on rear 255/295 tires on stock suspension 2022 awd gt2 widest tires you can go on front without sticking outside the fenders rears you could go little wider without rubbing.

With a lower ofset you can go wider but 9.5 is large for our suspension setup in front

If you go with lower offset on 9.5 wheel your tires wheel sit outside the fender with 255 or wider tire mine's just clears fender by couple mm.

Sitting outside the fender is a young guy style and i still believe i am a young guy hahaha

Seen one guy on website was running 275 on front with 10.5 wheels didn't say the offset but most of been around +15 .

I am thinking of going with a 10 inch wide 19s in the rear. With a 305 tire. Will probably have to be r30 instead of r35 like on stock.
The problem is finding a 10 inch wide wheel with the offset I need lol. Hope +50 offset will fit....the amount of thicccccc will be worth it in the end. Screenshot_20220127-171934.webp
