Biggest wheel setup on stock suspension?

They clear in front to a nicety. 34 and 46.5 are the offsets for the staggered OEM 19" wheels: so, you can see that adding half an inch to the width in front and pushing in 5 is a balancing game. There is plenty of room in the back for more width (wiggle room) but not so much in front.

With your setup of the front as 19x8.5 40ET which I plan to do, would a 235 be too wide to clear struts?

I’m fitting 20x8.5 +30 tires 255/35/20 in the front so I’d think your plan would work but I’m no expert.
