Got it all sorted, took MAYBE 5 mi utes once lifted. The pipe was to close to the transmission as visible from the pictures. They loosened the front side against the primary cats and pushed it towards to the outside of the car. BOOM.. fixed.
I noticed that I can hear a bit of rasp when revving, But only with the door open. I assume that’s the turbos spoiling down after I let off. I’m still listening intently to make sure there is no other rattles.
Shop didn’t charge me, I told them I would gladly pay shop rates for the lift, time, and help. They told me it was no issue just remember them for next time.
I had never owned a performance car, or a car with
mods. It’s taking some time to get used to, but it sounds “growl-y” now and zero extra noise while cruising.
