Still can’t tell if it’s blue or purple and it actually looks black in that picture :p
Ok after seeing your car up close on our last run I’ll admit it’s not a bad colour but I just couldn’t resist having a dig. To be honest I thought I’d scared you off for a bit there when I didn’t get a reply straight away, but now I know you were just photoshopping a calendar and that takes a few minutes :p

That 'ill have you know is Miss November:D. And yes it is my car it made the Stinger calendar. And because the colour is so versatile it covered 3 cars Blue, purple and black.:p:laugh:.

Mate probably easier if I just show you my fortnightly lease paperwork

You gotta do something about that brown carpet. I know turn the page back 10 months on the calendar, definitely an improvement. Lol
That carpet was steam cleaned last week.
January old news, you should know that being a pilot. Pilot even sang about January. They said "Sick and tired you've been hanging on me".

So I pay 718 per fortnight. It works out being relative to paying cash for the car and expenses due to tax benefit. I've crunched numbers.
Also I'll have plenty left over in kitty each year due to higher estimates of each cost.

Hey Maverick,

With your figures above are you saying you are paying $60438 all up for the car with all those extras? I’m in the process now of waiting for delivery and now thinking I did not bargain hard enough.

Welcome Shahn,
That is an exceptional deal. But to get that sort of deal you probably needed to email all the dealers and say what you want, then see who wanted your business the most.

If you could do us all a favour and put in your avatar your location it makes it easier for relevant info down the line ie. Meets and the like.

What trim, colour and spec did you choose?

Stinger GT. I have ordered Gray exterior and Red interior combo. Included in my deal I got the bi modal exhaust, tints, mats and combo paint and interior protection.
I must say the whole experience with the dealer has been pretty poor. After we agreed on a deal they came back to me and said that its $300 extra because they didn’t factor in I was registering the car under a company name. Anyone know if this is a true cost or BS ?

Hi Shahn, welcome to the forums.

Business registration is often more expensive than personal registration so it’s quite possible that rego in a company name could be 300 bucks dearer. Whether they’re entitled to hit you up for this money after agreeing to a price is an entirely different question. I registered mine in a company name after agreeing to a price and there was no attempt to alter the deal.

Hi Oliver,

You make a good point. They should have warn any extra cost. I’ll just have to accept it as I agreed and should have pushed back. At the time I was put on the spot and was happy with the inclusions I had got on my deal.
Looking forward and excited to be getting the car which should be ready next week!

Hey people,

I’m curious - if you get sways and springs does the adjustable suspension still work across the different drive modes?

Unaffected. It is big help in handling not that the Stinger is a bad handling car. The Gt "Purists" squirks can be off putting to some. Report back to us when you recognise the Stinger twitch or Kia waggle. Lol.

Totally understand. I recently sold my wrx- had it for years on standard springs and the difference was amazing after putting in coil overs. My mate who owns a Stinger is trying to convince me to lower mine. Lol as I said to him, I’m going to wait till I get the car before I start considering mods
