Help finding a blowoff valve for my stinger

Nice! got a question what does it do? is it for sounds purpose only?.

Yes I think that’s all it does but not 100% sure I want it for the noise lol

The purpose of blow off valve, on force induction setups, is to release the pressurized air that is left in the intake pipe when you decelerate or when there is a drop on the engine rpm's. This is to prevent compressor surge, which can damage turbos rapidly.

More than likely these cars have an internal BPV to prevent surging. A BOV on these is not likely to improve performance in any measurable fashion.

changing the factory bypass valve for a blow off valve is done strictly for the sound it makes, unless you're planning on running a lot of boost. The downside to this is that your car is going to run rich for about a second every time you come off boost. Your MAF measures the air that comes in and tells the ECU how much fuel to inject, with the blow off valve that air is vented into the air instead of back into the intake system where your ecu is expecting it to be.

Generally it's not a good idea to run a blow off valve on a pretty much stock car, but it also isn't that big of a deal. You might get a little smoke and foul your plugs and cat faster.

Lol

I'm using GFB Deceptor Pro 2 BOV's. Expensive and a little harder to install but superb quality.

Had to do it. I roll with HKS.. I've also owned three other brands and chose these due to their solid history and sound quality. The are also quite sexy.

The Stinger doesn't have a MAF

The car has a MAP sensor not a MAF. It won't do that at all, please don't give out bad advice.

I just got my 2019 stinger any ideas how to super her up a little bit

Does anyone know the part # to the driver side BOV hose line? I installed AEM intakes and had to cut the hose a bit.
