Access to back of grille

Hahahaha, you guys are awesome. Soooo, what I’m hearing is the whole front bumper needs to come off? That’s a pisser. AV8R, chin up, your times a coming. BTW, why AV8R? Aviator? Used to be one in another life time, myself.

Cool. I flew helicopters. Got some boot leg stick time in 172, but those two hours are the extent of my F/W front seat time.
 
I just did this and removing the bumper cover takes like 10 minutes after you remove four 10mm bolts and 17 plastic clips... 5 on the top, 6 on the bottom and 3 in each wheel well. I had hesitation removing the bumper cover at first, but it's actually pretty easy.

Grumble grumble...I think if I'm going to remove the bumper cover I'm going to go ahead and buy/install some Velossas while I'm at it. Make it worth doing.
