I just installed Denso plugs (0.22), OCC and JB4 and went for a little drive to test things out. Does this log look good? It felt really strong and sounded good too.

My intakes come today, so I am excited to get those installed!

I will continue searching, but what are the recommended gauges to monitor in the mobile app?

What octane is this?

91 octane. That is all we have here.

Looks like you are running on 87 lol. Timing corrections are through the roof. Maybe a bad tank of gas? Map1 is the highest you can go for now.

Oh, man. I filled up at Holiday that has a separate handle for 91 with no ethanol. Is fuel the main reason I would get more timing? Everything else seemed pretty good and it felt stronger than before install.

Octane and high iat. You can add ethanol or octane booster. Octane booster will turn your plugs orange.

I am wondering if I should disconnect battery for 5 minutes to reset and try again? Is an ideal log with no timing at all? or is there a small threshold that is deemed acceptable?

Disconnecting the battery will just mask up the problem and the ecu will catch up again. 0 is the ideal but we are using pump gas. For me, my ideal would be -3 and below.
My 91 and E25 mix get -.08 to -1 corrections. I get 0 when outside temp is cooler.

I saw Terry recommend someone else to disconnect battery, so that was where I got that idea. This log was all my first drive after letting the car idle for ~10 minutes before driving after install.

I noticed my Ign1 was really high, while all the other cylinders were somewhat close to each other. Is there anything I need to do to try and troubleshoot? Or is my best bet to run through this tank of gas and check with the next tank? I have almost a full tank of gas right now so it will be a little bit before I go through the tank.

Try to go to another gas station. IGN1 is overall ignition. Pay attention to 2-6. You can try resetting your ecu.

You need a better fuel for 100%. Just find a brand name fuel station a d try their 91 ethanol free.

Your current supplier is not providing you with good quality fuel…logs don’t lie.

Thanks everyone for all the help! I thought I was picking good fuel. We really have two main fuel suppliers in town, Holiday and Casey's. I try to only go to Holiday stations that have a dedicated pump for 91 that also doesnt have any ethanol. A lot of our stations have 91 with up to 10% ethanol. I will try to fill at a different Holiday for the next tank. I am at over a half tank left right now.

I installed my BMS intakes yesterday and did a few more data logs. It is still pulling timing, but this time it doesnt seem to be getting quite as high consistently. So the only change is just adding intakes. I might try disconnecting the battery today. I will post on our local car group page on FB to see if there is anywhere that has generally better quality fuel. I have never trusted Costco, but they do have 92 in town here.

Is timing the main thing we want to look at in these logs?

That is not good. Fuel is not good.

Use top tier gas stations.

Thanks ChaneRZ! I really appreciate you helping me out.

And thanks everyone else too with comments on the bad gas!

I got some responses back on my local car group on some different gas stations to try. I naively thought Holiday was a top tier and the best in town. I might need to re-up my Costco membership. But I will try Exxon with my next tank this weekend and post a new log back up.

It seems like my trims and fuel pump are looking in range and I think my AFR looks ok too.
