2018 model vs 2019 stinger GT in Australia

Just having my GT replaced (flooded in Townsville) is there anything new between the 2018 and 2019 model?

The MY19 comes with interior ambient lighting (mood lighting), stainless steel boot lip instead of the black plastic that’s on the inside of the MY18 model, and Michelin Pilot Sport4 tyres instead of the Continentals. Can’t think of anything else. I think @FitR6 has an MY19, maybe she could let you know anything I’ve missed. I’ve got an MY18. You could also post in the Australia Specific Kia stinger Discussion thread, there’s a few other MY19 owners there I think.

Yeah that's about it, except I got the Continentals on mine.

Also if it's new for old policy with NRMA they have to give you a 2019 one as far as I'm aware.

MY19 also has the "coasting" feature avail when driving in eco or smart-eco. Some sort of fuel saving measure by engine-transmission decoupling. Works ok too.

That’s what my 2018 GT Limited(GT2) has, all of the other trims have the other display type.

Canadians got the best first year Stinger. Other markets are just catching up. Only thing I want is the adjustable seating buttons on the side of the passenger seat, which I believe is only offered in the Korean market.
