If this is in the wrong place please move it.
I just purchased a used Stinger. 53,000 miles.
Problem: when driving the lower lumbar bolsters engage fully into your back on both front seats and the headlight control is non-functional. Then the heads-up display dims out to where you can not see it during the day.
The service department did not believe me until they witnessed it. They now have tech’s from KIA involved because they can not figure it out.
They gave me a loaner vehicle ( man I miss my Stinger ). When I left the dealership I took my Escort detector with me because I didn’t want to leave it in the car.
Update: they called today and asked for the detector back because the car is not reproducing the issue. They ( KIA tech’s and dealership tech ) are thinking it’s the detector causing the problem...
Anyone here have the seat/headlight issue?
Thoughts on detector causing the issue?
