2 USBs front console

Americans love their big gulp.

As long as it fit a cup of tea, us Brits will be happy.

As for the Canadians, I can't think of a stereotype except for Maple syrup or Bacon, but neither of them work really....
apparently We ( Canadians ) are world champs in Donut consumption (not for me personally) but maybe this should have been a Canadian option...................donut.webp

Rango - did you find a USB hub that allowed you to plug in multiple USB devices for data, not just charging? In my own limited experiments (2 hubs), this did not work - even a single USB device behind a hub was not recognized by the Stinger.

The car's USB port would have to support hubs, like a PC does. Don't think that's ever going to happen.

Just curious why you feel a car's USB system never has/will support a USB hub?

I'm doing some research on this and so far, based on the way the communication occurs, I can't find any reason a hub wouldn't allow a device to work correctly as long as there is sufficient power.

The communication protocol doesn't provide any way for a root hub (i.e. entertainment system) or device (i.e. phone or USB storage) to know how they are connected.

I'll keep plugging away at it.

Honestly, I never use the hub I installed. I have since mounted a QI charging phone holder and plug in the data cable while docked. Cool little dock!Screenshot_20180724-001412_Amazon.webp

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

This Anker powered hub might be what you are looking for. You could run the hub power cord to the back seat socket. A link for purchase from Amazon is in the his video description.

Great if that works, but too bad the Stinger doesn't have the (a) port and power outlet in the centre bin like it should and like most other cars. The front console is too small for anything but the phone or even less.
