What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Not recommended to remove old badge as you cant buy and fix a new one. Looks like you are going to need to buy a new airbag assembly. The badge was only ever designed to go over existing. The guy who took it off stuffed it up and it never looked any good.

That was the first one I found which put the new badge on top of the old one, then when I kept looking I found another that removed it. I could have sworn it was the StingerGTandMe guy, but I had another look and am mistaken, so I cannot for the life of me find the damn one I saw a few weeks ago! Anyhow, I bit the bullet and put the new one on top of the old one. lol. I can see the overlap but.....too bad, it's done now. :)

By the way, I bought a regular sized sunshield for the front window and it nowhere near fits. What do you use in the hotter months to shield the car from the sun when it is parked? As you can see, you got into my head and I didn't go to bed but had to put the badge on instead lol.

I soooooooooo did!!! My son did too, and I gave him a drive as well and he was so impressed. He drives a Chrysler SRT8 yet he could not stop giving compliments about the Stinger.

Am breathing - I think I am manic over the days events. Am on such a high yet I am exhausted. Have put the new badge over the old as you recommended. Cheers for that

Hahaha a dedicated stinger lover! I bought my sunscreen from super cheap auto. I had to go and try a few but eventually got one. However on eBay you can get tailor fitted ones but they are pricey.

Yep that was me. Now you need to read the manual. There is a heap of how to videos on YouTube that are from Kia.

SuperCheap auto is where I bought my current one. Though it is a standard size it is massive on the Stinger window. I will go back in tomorrow and try for a smaller one. Got to protect my baby.

I got my Chemical Guys leather shampoo, conditioner, and serum in the mail today so now I have everything for both inside and outside detailing.

Getting windows tinted Saturday morning.

Try the less expensive alternative for a while and see if it really irks you. Then spend the money on something that will enhance the car's performance, like a CAI, if you haven't already. FYI, I de-badged my entire car - no trace of KIA - forces people to ask, what kind of car is that?"

Yep - it's done.

As for people asking, I stopped at a café on the way home from picking her up and two guys who were walking back to their car which was parked next to me were circling the car and looking at the badge and were stumped. I just observed them - I didn't tell them I was the owner. It was quite entertaining. :)

I didn't put the E bade on it, I put the 3.0K black and white (I have attached a pic from online).
