Hey guys, awesome turn out at the Ferntree Gully Kia launch tonight. A few of the local Kia GT Aus crew popped in.

I met the gentleman who had the very first Stinger order in the country! He put his order in directly after seeing the Kia livestream.

He picked up his Micro Blue GT on Monday. Had a custom exhaust done immediately at a local tuning place in Melbourne.

I've got his details if anyone is interested in the exhaust. He's not on social media or the forum, but I've seen him out and about at a few WRX Club & Track days; (he owns a 22B!!!) amongst several other cars.

Yes when i was at the dealership yesterday i questioned what colour the chrome was. I thought it had gold in it. He said black chrome and under heavy lighting gives off a goldish tinge. That was on a pearl white car.

Dealer just called to say Stinger will be ready this arvo but I can’t pick it up until tomorrow afternoon due to bloody work. So he sent me some pics. This is with windows tinted but the ceramic coat has not been applied yet.

I picked mine up yesterday arvo, Fantastic drive home. DCB.
it's kinda like a chameleon, the colours change with lighting! Awesome.
I got the Legal limit tinting as well Exterior PROTEKTIV (ceramic paint protection) and interior (floor, leather and dashboard) protection.
Mine is drying up, in the garage, will take it out on the weekend.
The only thing I wanna put on is a decent professionally installed Dashcam! anybody recommend in Sydney?
I love the floor mats too, Lucky for me!

Awesomeness. I had the DCB demo here in Auckland overnight a couple of gays ago. Very impressed. The GT builds speed very quick, but feels a bit light and floaty in the rear end under heavy acceleration and it really wants to break traction.

Anyway, I will be one of the first 5 customer deliveries in NZ around the middle of next month. Mines Panthera Metal and on the water now.

Great to hear Skyguy. Australia customers can’t get the Panthera Metal colour in the GT version. What colour leather are you getting. Sting I’m picking up from BURNIE Tasmania and those mats look great. Whats the cost of the Mats and is the Stinger GT logo on all the mats front and back?

Well, Richard, the cost have no idea!
It was a surprise gift for being the first person to place an order/deposit way back in Feb. I think the accesories are only coming in next month or so.
So excited didn't even check the one's on the back.
Will take pic when I get home this evening, anything else you need info more than happy. Mine is BNL btw.

oh, some of you have would have noticed by now. Door Sills! no STINGER GT script.

or Print Vinyl floor Graphic with fluoro or
Just print Vinyl UV Stickers.

The reason why KIA did not put anything there apparently it will conflict with another one for Copyright and if they put the Kia name on it as well it just won't look good!!!
Hmmmm, what rubbish, I say.
I wonder if the other markets or even S Korea they have something there.
Dashcam is my next stop to buy and that's it.
