What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

I finally pulled the trigger on placement of my debadged "Stinger" logo :)
The Kia Motors badge suits your Stinger so well, the stinger badge on the front grille is refreshingly original and different, i have Deep Chroma Blue, but that Micro Blue is also so nice.

Yeah, we Yankees are upset we don't have Deep Chroma Blue here, minus the ltd edition "Atlantica" which will be only 400 units. But this is the first car I've ever owned that wasn't gray, silver, or black, so the Micro Blue still grabs my eyes. Thanks! :)

I just noticed that in this pic from this angle, the hood ornaments seem to disappear. Hm...has anyone contemplated shaving the hood, leaving it smoothed over?
I think that would take away from some of the Stinger's character...make it look too much like an Optima or something.

That's awesome man! Did the car come with the Stingerhaus parts or did you get them installed post purchase? Could you provide me details with cost for the body kit and turnaround time? Will you also be lowering and getting the exhaust? I'm in Denver and I couldn't find a single Stingerhaus dealership.

Everything was done post purchase. The Stingerhaus parts we’re all done yesterday through Tynan’s in Fort Collins who is an authorized Stingerhaus right partner. I did the rebadging myself. Shoot me a message and I will give you the details if you’d like.

I am in Highlands Ranch, so I understand your pain in finding a deaership. I also work with Peak Kia in Littleton, they’ve been great.

I’d like to do the exhaust as well, all eventually..

Very odd, I can't even PM even though I've done so in the past.

I've already rebadged my car, tinted, and a couple things in the exterior. Was looking to maybe get that Stingerhaus spoiler and diffuser but I heard there will be more options out soon. I'd like to do Eibach's and 19s/20s soon. As for exhaust I'd like to do that as well. Just ordered the LED Reflectors this morning from K8 Optima Store.

I didn't get my car from PEAK KIA but I hear they are great. I'm actually paying my car off later this week through PEAK KIA after the dealership I leased / purchased from refuses to let me payoff early. The finance manager at PEAK KIA said they'd help me out.

Sal had mentioned there is currently an issue with the site's PM functionality....

Let me guess. You went to the dealership on Arapahoe?

Since i only have 115kms on her, the times i have driven it have been extremely short, and then she sleeps for a few days, I know I know, "this car was made and purchased for driving", i promise to start driving it much more often..haha.
Listen, I did exactly this with my Optima. I wiped it clean every day polished it, loved it like a fine jewel but I was not driving it becaus I was scared some thing would happen to it. DRIVE THE CAR? Enjoy it you only have so much time on this earth.

No sir, I went to Ehrlich I-25 KIA. The most terrible experience that I've ever had with any car buying experience and I've purchased 6 cars in the last 8 years. They matched a quote that I got elsewhere. If I went through the 1st dealership, it would have taken a few weeks to get a car. I sold my car the day before and I needed a car immediately.

I purchased a car (17' Sportage SX) from I-25 KIA last year as did my girlfriend before so I thought the Stinger would be easy. I was completely wrong. Worst dealership experience ever. They kept on sending me quote with bogus numbers and then added on all these items I didn't want. They said they would only give me a deal on a specific car which was their show room car. For ceramic silver, they said no discount whatsoever. I told them I was going to buy elsewhere and that's when they offered me the owner's Stinger GT2. This Stinger was ceramic silver with a $3,000 discount off of $52,300 sticker but had 5500 miles on it and intake modded. I declined. They offered an additional $1,000 off which would be a total of $4,000 off. I declined. I told them I was just going to get from another dealership later that day, they said they would match. When I got there, it was literally a 4 hour wait for finance. I had no other choice since I was dropped off at the dealership that morning and had no car. Before doing the lease their sales guy said there would be no issue with paying it off early as it's dumb to pay a money factor that's equivalent to 6% interest when I can pay it off.

About a week later I tried paying it off in full. They gave me a payoff amount over the phone. Soon after, I called again to ask if I just needed to come in to pay it off. Call was taken by their sales manager which stated that I can't pay off my car this early, that KIA policy was 3-6 months. He said that he would speak to the KIA rep and find out the exact date. Of course, they never got back to me. Since it's been a month, I called in to get a payoff amount. They asked me for my name, and magically right after each time the phone was hung up on.... I decided to call KIA Motors Finance as well as KIA Corporate and they confirmed that my car can be paid off at anytime and can be paid off at any Hyundai of KIA dealership. If you're in 8 states, the payoff check must come from a dealership. PEAK KIA agreed to help me out so I will be paying my car off later this week.
