That is very attractive, and for winter no less.

Lol, your bumper sticker. Is that to appease a spouse?
Haha, Thanks! The sticker was to make my fellow car enthusiasts laugh, people love it at car meets. The car is bone stock right now, but I've done a lot to protect it and soon plan to start upgrading items one by one.

Im looking for a square set up and was thinking of purchasing the Aodhan DS02 in 19x8.5 + 35 would this fitment fit all 4 corners?

Im on stock suspension and thinking about lowering in the future.

Should, unless the spokes design is "weird". A lot of squared with offset 35 and 8.5 setups have been shared on the forum.

Hi all, wanted to share my winter wheel setup. I got my 2018 GT Limited back in Feb of this year. Loving it so far!

Nice lightweight wheels. Someone I knew did 18x9.5 +38 all around with 15mm spacer in the front to clear struts. It looked phenomenal with the all around concavity wheels.

I’m looking at a square setup of 19x9.5 wheels for my GT2 AWD.

Which of the cars in your photo had the setup you described and what suspension mods were done?

Looking at 19s on an AWD, lowered on Ark GTF.

19x9 245/40/19 +32
19x10.5 285/35/19 +45

Any issues expected?

Looks like good numbers to me.

20x9 245/35/20 +32
20x10.5 285/30/20 +45
Lowered on coilovers. No rubbing
In hindsight, I might have done your numbers with 19s just for a little more comfortPXL_20230511_164806958.jpg

I'm 20x9 +32 and 20x10.5 +41 and still no rub. So your in a little more than that on the rears. Should be fine.

Thinking about some aftermarket wheels and pair with new tires. Anyone running these sizes that can speak to how they fit a RWD GT1 and if there is any rubbing or other issues I should consider? Right now I am on stock suspension but may consider H&R RWD lowering springs at some point.

Aodhan AFF7 Wheels/Tires:
Front - 20x9 +30mm offset / 255-35-20
Rear - 20x10.5 +35mm offset / 295-30-20 * I am concerned that the offset is not enough and the tire may be too wide to fit right.

Any suspension experts here want to weigh in on spacers and/or wider wheels affecting wheel bearing and suspension bushing wear? Cornering dynamics?

+30 in front is to close in, 255 is questionable maybe with a different offset
+35 rear guaranteed rub 295 not with that offset. Even 295 is questionable with a good offset

Also considering the following as an alternative, would this be a better fit?

Front: 19x9 +35mm / 255/35/19
Rear 19x10 + 42mm / 285/30/19

20 wheels will clear strut easier than 19 wheels. I think that a 9" wide rim with 255 tire is going to rub something sometimes, if the particular wheel fits at all. the 10" rim at +42 and 285 tire isn't going to clear entirely either. If you drive like a grandparent and ease over all dips and bumps, maybeee.

I would do 245/40/19 & 285/35/19 one reason I went with 20s is the lack of tire choices in 19s
I had springs in this pic since gone to coilovers

So, are you saying you went with 20's and now you wish you had went with 19's (the setup you mentioned)? What is it about the 20's that makes you wish you would have gone with 19's? 19x9 front and 19x10 rear or which widths?

No completely happy with the 20s. I was going to go 19th at first but tire choices are limited and more expensive
I like the look and ride of the 20s and they're easy to clean between the spokes

So what wheel tire sizes do you currently have? Lowered suspension? Any rubbing? If not rubbing are you running a lot of camber to achieve no rubbing or modified fenderwells?

245/35/20 front 0 camber.
285/30/20 rear 1 1/6 camber car tracks perfectly straight getting on it or just cornering or tracking, no mods to fender wheels. Was on lowering springs. Now I'm on coilovers, ground to top of fender wheels 26 inches all the way around I might go down another half inch in the front, no rubbing 32 offset front 45 rear
