Was literally right next to a clean ceramic silver on the freeway this morning. Was next to him for awhile, guy didn't even bother to look over or anything, which is very strange for a Stinger owner. Not once has this happened to me. Even an old lady in a premium gave me a smile. I guess he was too in the zone?

You’re not in NorthWestern Arkansas by chance? I have a ceramic silver stinger and drove by this clean 18-21 black GT2 but was late to the airport. I pulled up next to someone to nod and I don’t think they initially noticed and then kinda vroomed off. I’ve honestly been thinking about being that “rude” stinger person for the past few days, this was on Sunday btw.

I’m near Fayetteville, worked 3 years initially in Arkansas (from Cali) and I loved the lifestyle, the pace, and the people are so nice and respectful out here. Decided to stay and raise my family here for a few years before going somewhere else. The Buffalo is absolutely beautiful and I’m glad you realize the secrets Arkansas has. It’s definitely different than California, but in a great way. I miss Cali but love my life out here
Ceramic Silver tonight at Mi Pueblo in Venice. Heavy drop, im assuming coilovers but maybe bags. As the lights hit the front looked to be a BMS fmic. Florida tag Slo Kia. Hadn't seen this ride in town before.
Blacked out Scorpion on 35 this morning, was behind it for a sec, then had to gun it to get over up ahead. Was the first time the Scorpion spoiler didn't look hideous cuz it kinda blended in with the black. I really need to figure out the 2022 light bar. Looks so clean on the rear compared to the robin mask look of my 2020.
just got back from shopping. on the way home I got pole position and prepped for a launch. the speed limit at that intersection is 60 mph, a rare treat. the launch was perfect I had the kickdown switch pressed before I cleared the intersection. as the speedo needle reached 70 I eased off and started to coast down from just short of 80. that was when I looked in the mirror and saw a carbon fiber hooded ceramic silver glued to me. everybody else was of course way back there. it made me laugh and I stuck a thumb up through the sunroof. He passed me grinning through his beard and giving me a 'V'. that was very fun, especially since I didn't even know he was there until it was over. I need to check my rearview better.
two other features that I picked out, green drls the headlight assemblies looked completely oem except for the color of the drls, and he was sporting blacked out exhaust tips, very large and round. but was was up with those green drls? does anybody know about these I've never heard of colored drls inside headlight assemblies.

You need to split the headlight case open and replace the LED's and reseal the headlight.Same as adding demon eyes. Id be lying if i said i hadn't considered it. If i do do it definitely passing the buck on that job to a shop.
Yea not cheap. Doable at home but yea not something that i want to tackle.
And here is more useless info for you. You have to section the washer reservoir, 1in i think, for hinge clearance if you decide to lambo door the stinger. Cut it and plastic weld it back together
Could splitting the headlight case be a solution to changing a broken low-beam LED?
My biggest worry in long term ownership is having to replace one of the headlights for a broken light. They are just short of 3000€ a piece.

Thats something i would not have even thought of. Im going to have to do some research on that when i get some time. With a replacement light assembly there would be less worry of a bad seal though
leds being as longlasting as they are the thought of having to replace a failed or failing one shouldn't particularly bother above the rest of the car. but now we are talking about a thing tangential to seeing 'wild' stingers. this whole headlight assemblies replacement or modifying topic is big all by itself.
