I know I'm going to get absolutely trashed over this by the majority of ( conservative ) members of this forum but there might be just one person who this helps.
It helped me....
So, no matter what position I have my drivers seat in, I've always felt that the head rest was a bit intrusive ( far forward ).
I either had to sit with my head slightly forward all the time or it would keep contacting.
I've tried every adjustment available and none move the headrest back far enough for my liking so, here's what I found out.
You can lean the drivers seat back, slide the head rest out and then reinstall it backwards !
Makes for a LOT more headroom and it's not so out of the way that it's redundant.
It's actually really comfortable on longer drives.
Also handy if you are wearing a helmet during a track day etc.
