Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

Sorry, that was my bad, didn't read who replied and for some reason was thinking it was a TCU question lol.

Yes, how noticeable is the AWD during track driving? Can you feel the power being transferred more aggressively? I know it's function is to transfer power to the front wheels quicker but I guess I'm trying to get more of a feel for what that actually looks/feels like as the driver.

Hopefully you get what I'm asking!
Straight line, you're not really going to feel anything. I think it shows up in the numbers though as I have run similar times to cars that have more mods, and the main difference was that I had the AWD controller.

Around a track, car seemed to accelerate fast out of corners. I rip backroads a lot and the car felt quicker around some of the bends that I was used to. These are almost imperceptible, but they will show up in the numbers. Unfortunately, the only real test you can do is to try it with and without the part on. There's a ton of variables at play. I don't regret my purchase, would do it again.

Here is an interesting question if anyone can answer.. so let’s say I have ECU tune but still want to limit a little boost in 1st via JB4. I have to have JB4 on Map0 (disabled) so would that even be possible?
I think you have to go Map6 (custom map), but I'm not sure.

That's all I needed to hear... I'm in on the AWD in that case! Not everything has to have a quantifiable gain, sometimes "it's just better" is good too.

Honestly, I can't believe I forgot about weight difference.

Yeah there are so many minor differences in the G70 and Stinger from trim to trim and country to country. My G70 is the Canadian Dynamic, which is 3865lbs. It's got 18 inch wheels and all season tires, so everything is a tad lighter. In terms of mods, I have none but to be completely transparent, I have removed the intake inlets under the bumper and have AEM Dry Flow filters.

I haven't run another 0-60 in a long while and since then Lozic has sent me a revised 1.3bar ECU and TCU with -8%, TQ OFF and stock shift pressure. When I get a chance in a week or two, I'll do more runs and see where it's at... probably the same-ish. Either way the car is real quick and lots of fun!

It's nice to see everyone embracing Lozic @sweetboyed because he's really put in the work to keep everyone happy. You can order pretty much anything you want and he'll make it happen.

Edit: I forgot to add that if you order say a 1.4bar ECU made for 91 octane but at some point can put in higher octane, the ECU will adjust and give you more power. Food for thought.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I took a coworker out for a ride today and when I leaned I to it they were astonished and told me ... "I thought it was just a normal sedan" ....

Even with all my mods below the car still looks like a sleeper, not having the exhaust straight piped helps though.

I had even told them I made it faster...they didn't believe me.

Oh and I didn't have wmi on for this run...I should get a draggy...

What psi do yall roll with on your tires prior to launching? I know some drop it abit.

Depends on the weather and how the car is behaving that day. I'm usually anywhere from 26psi to 36 psi. I have a mobile kit I keep in the car to adjust on the fly.

I notice you have the NGT downpipes with high flow cats. I ordered mine yesterday. Lozic said there is a high probability I will need a remap. Did you have him disable some CEL codes? So they don't show up such as P0420 P0430. I'm sure Lozic can answer this question but I figured I would ask on here also.

I believe he did, I started it out like this so came with a mapping just for this. I do believe the hfc is why I get overboost since others have reported it as well

Remind me when you launch are you leaving it at the 80/20 split? Or moving to 50/50? Pros and cons?

I didn’t know it would adjust if better octane for more power. I love that! I only have 91 but can sometimes add some E85. So that will be good. I just sent my order form today. Slip didn’t you have an exact tune made for you? And to clarify the 3.69 was the standard 1.3 Lozic tune?

All the bugs should be worked out for my remap. And hopefully I only have to send my ECU back to him once to update the mapping. Since mine a 1st generation ECU and yours is a 2nd generation ECU if I remember correctly. I probably could drive on the ECU I have now once I have the high flow downpipes installed and see if I get a overboost.

Yes, my last 1.3 tune had specific boost targets. That is the tune I was on when I hit 3.69.. The new tune I have is also 1.3 but with no customization. It's Lozic's most recent fine tuning. I haven't tried it yet but am looking forward to it in the next couple of weeks.

Yea I think I was one of his first ECU and TCU customers with sport+ mode. I've been through a few recaps with him, and one recently for the tcu that really smoothed it all out.

Did you change out the primaries yourself? I pray I don't break any studs when removing the nuts from the downpipe flange to the turbo. Any suggestions if you did it yourself? As for the secondaries my plan is to just hollow them out instead of ordering a set of the ARK's. Did you sell your primary cats? I wonder how much I could get for mine

I did it all myself, I was terrified of breaking studs...I started with an impact, aended up just with a breaker bar and shitloads of pb blaster.

I still have all my stock stuff sitting around, haven't tried to sell any at all lol

So I take it you was successful in not breaking any? Pb blaster I love that shit! I always have a can in the garage and it smells like magic

Surprisingly yes! Didn't break anything!
