What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

I'd love to get some details on how you did that.
I used 2inch perforated pipe. Cut little sections from one end, so when i bent them, it is little bit bigger then exhaust tip. Wrap it with stainless mesh scrabers, so it can act like small resonator. And drove it inside the tip using piece of pipe and hammer. Once it was in, i bent the tabs little bit more, with screwdriver, so it "bites" into exhaust tip wall, to make sure it's not coming out.20220413_144122.webp20220413_150647.webp20220413_144526.webp

Steam Punk look! The creativity of some people is amazing. :D

10/10 for creativity, 0/10 for looks imo, but its an opinion for a reason. Regardless of how I think it looks though, honestly good job dude.

My garmin 65 didn't come with a mag mount. I got tired of clipping and unclipping the bracket when putting it on/taking off. My other gps, a driveluxe 50 comes standard with a mag mount. What to do???

JB weld to the rescue. It's not pretty, but does stick well. Even on some really bumpy roads. Hasn't fallen off (yet).

This is the magnet portion of the mount with a 17mm socket that attaches to the part attached to the car.

Anybody have an extra Pilot Sport 4s 285/30ZR20 laying around?

Bad Luck Schleprock here. I can make the impossible possible with bad luck. Truck wheel weigh. Had to put some serious ass into pulling it out with a Leatherman.

At least I made it to my appointment before going flat.

Just got my stinger gt1 and decided to do a black wrap on the mirrors, front and lower grille, fender vents, rear reflectors and upper window trim. Tinted the windows front 15%, rear sides and rear 20%. Also added E wheel caps and changed front badge. Sorry not the best photos.IMG_2242.jpegIMG_2282.jpegIMG_2283.jpegIMG_2278.jpegIMG_2276.jpegIMG_2275.jpegIMG_2246.jpegIMG_2280.jpeg

Got weary of seeing exhaust condensation on the rear diffuser, so I applied some clear adhesive book cover where it drips...

"Blacked out", I get it. Only the wheels are left: which is kind of cool, actually. Well, the exhaust stubs too, I presume? (and you've avoided any potential spotting of the window trim, which is a common complaint on here)

The fact that it managed to be at the exact right angle to pierce your tire is impressive. But that sucks man.

I think the front tire must have snapped it perfectly to the back tire. Found a new tire for $366, which is a lot better than the $414 I was seeing most places.

I think it’s time for wheel and tire coverage; had a total loss on a front wheel this winter too. I know this is the life I’ve chosen, but it’s getting expensive.

It’s the little things for me. Installed a nice cool lil badge decal on fender after a wash. #liveyourdreamstinger

Installed carbon fiber mirrors and fuel door. Able to install without popping out the mirrors which was surprising but taking out the fuel door was a straight up biotch..

Ya, I did it bc I can’t do the “black chrome” on the black car- it looks gold to me and the gold/black contrast is not my fav. So actually not trying to black out funny enough. I was considering powdercoating the wheels maybe gunmetal or something but I kinda like the chrome/black wheels on it. Prob going to leave the exhaust too. Hmm I didn’t even know about the spotting
