Just the fact that it squished so easily compared to some of the others. However the subsequent comments by yourself and the hawk are in lighting. All very interesting stuff and like you say many variables re testing that weren’t explored. Thx for the comments. Carry on.
what paint did you use? any surface prep?
Just cleaned them well and a few coats and some glossifier. Kept it simple
can you post some photos of them from near and far once they are in? or DM them to me, either works.
Far from a pro bro but wanted to diy for at least these. At least it is the back side of the strut bar. I mainly focused on the front but it will do i guess
In my opinion, a great DIY job. I should done this to mine instead of buying the BMS set .
Very nice work for a DIY, and really the little bubbles could be sanded down and redone in those areas if you really wanted to, so I wouldn't worry about them too much!
Dont watch the hood bounce and accidentally hit the wipers, you might pee a little. Scared the hell outta myself one day .

IDK dude, they are confusing me in several ways I didn't know where possible.Ordered some door sill protectors from Ali Express that didn't fit the door sill whatsoever, but I found another cool place to put them instead

Yeah they've been fine, they're a rougher material, not just plastic. I can always remove them if they ever seem to warp or anything, they were only like 4 bucks lol
Lol! I'm not 100% on them either yet. Sometimes I like them and sometimes I'm unsure. Gonna leave them on a little longer and see if it grows on me or not. If not they were only like 4 bucks lol
