Today I cleaned grime off the car after putting 350 on it thrashing it good and hard through some twisty roads yesterday, and now I'm browsing suspension upgrades to keep body roll better controlled. I also used a piece of leftover handlebar mount spacer to subtly wedge the ISG button down to disable that annoying feature; it matches the trim and does the trick.

Didn't do much but here's an obligatory parking shot.PXL_20211008_212009812.webp

Put my order in with BMS for an Intercooler and Velossa Tech Scoops. I really need to stop this madness

Just curious how long did this take? Any issues getting a replacement for the mirror assembly? My car has been in shop in Marietta for a week and they're telling me the mirror and a piece of body trim is back ordered.
Parts only took about a week. But that was back in February.

Got in seat adjustment button trim pieces today. Will be interesting to see what they look like mounted

Discovered some small paint chips in the front bumper while washing the car. I guess it was inevitable. Not overly concerned as the bumper is plastic.

Those kia touch paint sticks any good?

They are "gooder" than chips. :P I just dabbed a couple of very small nicks in my rear bumper (have no idea how that happened). It is an interesting psychological phenomenon, how a few years into ownership, a dab of not-quite-matching-paint is less and less of an issue, and seems to be an acceptable alternative to a complete respray of the bumper or panel in question.

Primacy tours..great tread life but felt mediocre with cornering/ handling
I like how you and I have almost the same mods…including the PrImacy Tours :) )

Dropped “Ginger” at the shop, having a few cosmetic things done to her over the next few days..like she’s at the plastic surgeon.. should be done by the weekend and will post up pics when completed..(as long as it looks good ;) )

Yes sir…and I have my eyes on the VT big mouth lit and ck71 drls for next month. To think I wasn’t interested in mods this time last year. That lasted for less than a minute lol

I'm right there with you I'm just about at 1 year ownership
Me too. Problem is, I'm 53. Should have done this back when I was a teenager or young adult. Everyone thinks it's a mid life crisis, I just think I'm going nuts

I don’t see the problem…

I got lucky I was introduced to cars and customizing by my dad at a young age. I stepped away from it for a while. Sometimes it takes the right car to get you into it, Or back into it in my case.

The touch up kits from Dr. Paint Chip work really well. My Subaru made a lot of use of them. Kit allows you to blend in the chips so they don't look like hideous blobs of paint.
