What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Did JT intakes as my first mod today. Only had time for the engine bay installation, I will have to do the lowers later.

Hope you don't mind me saying this but your BOV return line/s don't look like they're routed correctly and your filter inside the shroud looks like it's slightly crushed.

Might be worth doing a little tweaking.

Appreciate the heads up, I will have a look. If there's a way to explain further about the BOV returns let me know.

The intakes are used and some parts of the filters were bent/crushed before I received them.

It just looks like ( in the pic ) that the BOV return line furthest from the camera is collapsed.

As for the filter, yeah maybe it was like that before it went on. Only pointed it out because of possible wear if the filter was in a compressed state.

Maybe just some minor adjustments required. If not, then disregard.

I gave my Stinger its first wash yesterday. Something quick, not a major detailing. It was delivered from another town on a flatbed, so it picked up some dead bugs on the way. A nice Chemical Guys bubble bath knocked them off. I also have some Meguiar's. I might use that next time and compare the difference. Still haven't really had time to take any pics but I'll snap a few today.

Finally got rid of the stock crap rotors and rear pads at 30k miles, installed the Cquence Sport drilled/slotted rotors, already had hawks hps 5.0 pads on the front (helped a little but still had pulsating) and for the rear I ordered stoptech posiquiet pads but received powerstop z16 ceramic pads because “the Stoptechs are out of stock and they are the same thing”…told them to update their website) and I didn’t feel like waiting around for parts any longer.

Also added the NGT 20mm spacers to the rear which looks way better, on the fence about adding the front spacers.

Car brakes so smooth/ stops faster and I haven’t even bedded anything in yet. Much overdo mod/maintenance that I’ve put off for the last 10k miles.

Looks real nice! Will get the same soon

I'm up in the air on if I should go premium or GT1. Money is a little tight since I'm in the military, Lol. It will be replacing a 2011 VW CC. Had VW's all my life but the Stinger is too gorgeous to pass up.
military .. you should be able to get what ever tf you want thank you

You NEED those CF side vents!

And CF wheels.

Those plants would also look nice in some CF pots....:p
I know right!! As you know vents are coming. ( Head down kicking stones) i hate to admit it but i did check in to wheels several months back.

A nice light set of wheels would take the car to a whole new level.

Maybe something in a dark grey to compliment the CF.

Not my Stinger, but for a beautiful GTS owned by a good friend.
Yup, I am loving making these, especially when they have pics like this!

I'm afraid that a placard for my Stinger would be about as interesting as the window sticker when I saw it at the dealer for the first time. :P Visibly, only the TSW wheels and the license plate frame are mentionable. :D
