I know they make a sequential turn signal for the bottom rear reflectors but anybody ever thought about or do they make something for the reflector strip? Seems like that would be a good use of the strip. Something that comes on with the turn signals would be cool I think.

So a reflector isn't a safety feature? That would turn Stinger's ugly mole into a really useful safety feature. That's brilliant; make it so!
I don't find the reflector to look horrible or anything but imo, it would serve a better purpose as some sort of sequential turn signal then just a big ol strip sitting there. So a reflector isn't a safety feature?![]()
Hmmm... cutting into any part of my new car gives me the williesIn theory it would be the same as making your own sequential/LED rear reflectors, where you cut/saw off the back half of the reflectors, place LED module, seal it, and install (there's quite a number of Youtube videos on this for other cars).
Do note, I would also imagine that you would need to get a precise cut because you want to keep the push pins on the back for installation to the body.
Tell me about it. I didn't cut anything but I remember the feeling of taking apart my dash and center console to do the nav and bigger touch screen. Even the wife was like " you sure you wanna be messing with a new car like that"? Lucky for me, it went smoother than expected.Hmmm... cutting into any part of my new car gives me the willies
If your truly interested in doing this mod. I have a set of oem side reflectors, you can have, just cover S&H, and when you make them good enough to sell, I get a pair for free.Hmmm... cutting into any part of my new car gives me the willies

I'm down to try this.. I've always wondered about adding a static Led strip to the reflectors. They already have that small square of a light! But my OCD kicks in and want the light pattern to match the taillight DRLs on the '22 models. That can be really challengingIf your truly interested in doing this mod.
