I just want to doublecheck something in this thread really quick. For my 2020 Stinger you have the actual dial that moves an arrow from empty (on the left) to full (on the right) on the dash. You also have miles left to drive displayed on the top center before it hits zero. Do your dials fail but the miles are accurate? In other words if the arrow says you have half a tank of fuel remaining but the numbers are showing 20 miles left or are both not working properly?
This is pretty scary as I'm getting ready for my 1500 mile road trip down south lmfao!
Both are messed up for me. Sometimes the gauge will be pegged on full and the range drops to like 270, but not in any predictable way. Yesterday I got back from a road trip where I put 180 miles since fill-up and it still said full. I added three gallons of gas (didn't want to fill all the way up as stations her only have 87 octane) an the gauge dropped to 2/3 full.I just want to doublecheck something in this thread really quick. How did you get the offers, did you call the customer service line and get them to escalate it? Last two times I spoke to them, all they did was call the dealer for an update. For my 2021 Stinger, both are not working properly and so I actually ran out of gas 2x after they fixed it 2x and this is the 3rd trip where the dealer kept the Stinger for over 6-weeks now.
Noted and thank you so much! Both are messed

I would fill up then reset and use the Accumulated Trip Info screen to track miles. Roughly you should get 300 miles on a tank overall, but I'd be conservative and just assume 250 before filling up. And keep it in Comfort![]()
Yes, unfortunately my Stinger has been in and out 3 times and down time in the shop for 4 months. Picked it up 2 days ago, and I put 90 miles and it reads an 1/8 of fuel used which isn't true. My car ran out of gas twice both reading more than half tank. Will be filing a law suit for sure.Recently I filled my tank and after driving 200 miles it read 1/2 tank, so I decided just to be sure I stopped for gas once again. This time it took 13 gallons. How could I have a 1/2 when it only holds 15 gallons.
Took it into the dealer and was told that they couldn't address the problem until it happened again. Just keep track of my mileage and bring it back when it happens again. Has anyone experienced similar problems.
I just got mine back after the latest 81 day visit to the dealership for the same problem. 3 new fuel pumps, 1 new sender unit, 1 new gas tank and 3 gauge clusters later, I'm hoping it's fixed.I called and emailed them at the same time and they responded. The email helps a lot.
send a "nice" email to them describing exactly what you are going through at: Kia-Consumer-Assistance-Center@Kiausa.com
They are pretty good at responding.
I got my old 2021 GT V6 AWD upgraded to 2022 GT2 V6 AWD and so far no issue whatsoever. However, the previous 2021 I traded in was never fixed after more than 3 attempts, so it qualified as a "lemon" under the California Lemon Law.I just got mine back after the latest 81 day visit to the dealership for the same problem. 3 new fuel pumps, 1 new sender unit, 1 new gas tank and 3 gauge clusters later, I'm hoping it's fixed.
Adizon9 - I see you're in AZ. I worked with a local guy to help with my situation. PM for more info if you're interested.
I have a 2019 premier and I put 20.00 in last night and had a 147 miles but this morning I only had 99 after only driving about 10 miles of that.Recently I filled my tank and after driving 200 miles it read 1/2 tank, so I decided just to be sure I stopped for gas once again.
