Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

I am pretty sure ambient temp was around 75 - 80 degf. I have hks plugs from the k8 store. And I got my gas at a marathon it said 93 on the pump it might not have been good fuel tho. Something must be off tho. I can't give any new maps at the moment I have her in my garage doing the primary and secondary downpipes high flow cats not catless. With a stillen exhaust and mishimoto intercooler. When I first got my jb4 I sent logs from map 1 -5 with 93 and 93 with boostane and they said everything looked good.

Probably not telling you anything you don’t know, but be careful switching the exhaust if your Lozic tune was originally set and requested for stock exhaust.

Very true I had thought of that I have ewg wires and fuel control with my jb4 along with the cpi will also be jb4 controlled. I was going to run my stock ecu with jb4 until I can get my cpi installed and get some logs to Terry. Hopefully the ewg wires can control any possible overboost issues I could have. If not I could just send the ecu back for a re tune for the downpipes not sure what that would cost.

So complicated with that tune huh. Can’t just change something and be done with it. EWG wires will surely fix any overboost issue with a downpipe.

You can email your CSV files to MAP6. I took the one above and sent it - appears to be a lot of issues and timing corrections. Not good. Looks like I’m holding off for a bit...

You should send it to Lozic and find out what is going on

How was the pull? Struggling?

Yes I will send them to lozic and see what they say. The pull on what the primaries it's annoying doing them off ramps only. But they are in.

Will are you on group in Facebook I wanna send you a video of Mines to see if your experiencing same thing
I completely remove my jb4 thinking it was interfering but no

You got a lot going on. When you installed the lozic tune wouldn't you want to do a log on map 0 first?

Man, oh, man.

Hopefully, the issues are sorted out.

I can’t help but think with so many changing variables co-occurring that it’s going to be challenging to pinpoint a singular culprit. Downpipes are going in, intercooler changing, exhaust, boostane, and mystery marathon 93. That’s a lot going on to add to the tune, maybe not being suited to all the modifications since the tune came first.

Everyone’s approach to addressing the problems will differ, but if the tune purchased was set up for an otherwise stock car then I would take the path of leaving it stock and figuring out the problems with the tune without introducing additional variables. It’s at least worth another baseline test with the stock ECU. It could be something as minor or as pulling the plugs and verifying their gap. Yes, I know it has been stated here that they don’t need to be gapped for this tune, but gapping isn’t tune specific for this platform. Once that variable is eliminated, then you’re only left with one possible culprit, the ECU tune, and you can work with them to address the issues and inform them of your planned modifications to take into account for a potential reflash.

Every once in a while, with these one size, fits all tunes, there will be inevitable issues. I’m glad you had the JB4 and were smart enough to grab some early logs before things potentially turned catastrophic.

It's says files are invalid

For those with stock Stingers/G70's that have the Lozic ECU tune AND a JB4 it would be nice to see some datalog's on MAP 0 to see if any corrections are occuring. I'd think with Intakes and a catback there should be no corrections occuring assuming tune was set up for 91oct or 93oct and that is what your running for fuel....

Are you able to post videos on here. RedChromastinger sent me video of his lozic tune he has 1.7 bar and it defentally sounds off like it is oscillating under power.

Definitely was tune installed oem computer
With jb4 for now

I’ve been waiting for a response since early Tuesday morning.
