I didn't even realize for a while, like months into ownership that my 2020 gt has fake exhaust tips as well. And guess what? I absolutely hate that too. It's just not as noticeable on the 2018-2021.

I'll reserve judgment on that until I see one in person, but from what I've seen so far it's just as sexy as the previous versions.

Dealership near me got a green GT1 and it looks horrendous to me:

• Wheels have too much going on (and would be super hard to clean)
• New tail lights on the green make it look like a car from 1994
• New drls don't look as good
• No longer comes with HK audio
• No longer comes with ventilated front seats
• Hate the big airbag logo on the passenger dash
• "Chrome" around the gauge cluster looks cheap
• Back passenger side bumper had terrible fitment by the rear fender

Overall, if this was the Stinger when I bought mine, I wouldn't have considered it.

They probably decontented the lower trims so that dealers don't need to keep discounting the GT2 by $8K-$10K :-(

What really pisses me off about the 2022 GT1 is there is no option to add the HK audio, yet the GT-Line has the option in the sun and sound package. This makes no sense. I am hoping that will be an add on option for the GT1 in the future, but I am not holding my breath.

Sorry to burst everyone's bubble but bluetooth doesn't have the bandwidth to support wireless AA. That's why all current wireless AA and Carplay go through wifi. Unless there's a hidden access point that I haven't found anywhere in a 1st gen Stinger yet, you'd need more than just a software update.

Is this true on the MY22 10+" screen, I suspect that that would have the latest electronics in it?

Hey, I'm still mad that you can get a sun/sound package on the 4 cylinder but not on a gt. Have to get a gt1 to get that.
