Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

My lozic tune should be here this week.
What sold me was easy install and removal, no plug change needed, separate ecu included, amazing power claims, no fuel mixing. Also the available AWD & TCU TUNES.
My tune will be full 1.5 bar

Appreciate the info. I'm just waiting to hear back from Lozic. Did they tell you no plug change needed?

Let me know how the tune is when you receive!

Gotcha, sounds good. Slip, I know you have the G70, and 0-60 sounds fantastic, but how is the top end?

His default tune for 91-93 octane is 428whp@5K and 520 ft/lbs@4K - so power comes on fast and hard. Shift early.

Nice, thanks again!

Sorry, any check engine lights Slip?

I am not sure what mods the car that that is on the dyno has on top of the ECU/TCU tune but if stock these power increase cannot be compared to JB4, very impressive results. Need to consider that they use an AWD vehicule which dyno significantly lower vs RWD.

Have a look at the gains in % not the actual numbers because it is not comparable on different dynos, conditions etc. Of course, peak gain in % does not tell the full story but this is impressive on top of improving significantly the acceleration because of the TCU tune!

Could you get just a tcu tune and run it with a jb4

It might not be an issue with this platform but on the BMW side with XPS transmission tune many reported that JB4 was not behaving great. Like if the car what shifting faster than what JB4 could manage, not sure if this was resolved, it has been a while since I followed this.

Ideal is the have the ECU and TCU tune that are perfectly matched and no delays from a piggyback.

What is great with TCU tune especially when you are tuned is that your car can shift early for you, otherwise you always have to use the paddle shifter to maximize accelaration and stay in the ideal powerband. Powerband is always moved sooner on tuned turbo cars but even stock I feel like the shift point are a little high.

The car makes power all the way to redline. The lower gear will always make more power. I'll reach out to Terry and see.

Yeah, you have to shift much earlier with the Lozic ECU and I agree that having both TCU and ECU is the best solution. I only have ECU right now but am considering the TCU. To answer your question above, the Stinger in the video has an exhaust. I don't believe it has downpipes. The rest is stock including intakes.

@Slip_Angle How was the ordering processes? Did they just ship you a ECU and you shipped them yours? Did it take awhile after paying and sending in your order form?

Instagram lozic_ecu. He will send you an order form and paypal request. He will then program a new ECU according to your specs and ship it to you. swap out your stock ecu and put it on a shelf. That's it. Be patient, he's very busy and keep in mind when we are awake Korea is sleeping.. Maybe 3 weeks from order time

So the price 1450$ (CAD or USD?) include a new ECU and you keep your stock one for dealer visite?

Also what is the process to TCU and what is the cost?

1450$ USD, includes a new ECU and you keep your stock one. Same process with the TCU. It's 850$

Ok, so plugs should be changed to HKS recommended confirmed from Lozic. Sorry about misinformation. I am not happy about plug change but I assume that HKS plugs without tune would be fine also or for low HP eco mode.
