What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

That's not bad all things considered... it's 1K for a shop to any body work
Is that a cash price or insurance quote?

Damn, an errant shopping cart put a crease in my wife’s truck and it cost $1500. The OP’s damage seemed like it would be a lot more.

UPDATE: Repair quote is in. New front fender, straighten driver door, replace skin on rear door, and fix mirror for the bargain price of $2750. Two weeks to fix.
That's good. But replace the rear door "skin"? The pic looks slight enough to be a candidate for paintless dent removal.

Oof every 7k miles for my oil changes. I hope ahe gives up at 99k miles so i can have a new engine. The dealership has been the one one touching it hahahaha. (Maybe i start doing them myself now ^_^)

I would tend to agree, however there is about a 2 inch spot that is pushed into the internal support and would be difficult to smooth out.

Eesh, I didn't see that pit before. New skin it is. Hope everything goes smoothly and quickly.

Got my OCC installed. Headed off to the car wash now

I got some emblems in. is the steering wheel one that replaces the factory kia one ? by removing it to install the new one ?
I got one that's metal and firm, so I don't think it's just a sticker type.
How do I remove the kia one ? just slowly pop it out ?
Then ?
I youtubed videos and only got ones with an overlay sticker type.. If mine is like that too, I don't know how it'll stick cause the sides don't curve in a way to touch al areas of the current one.
It teeter tatters a bit

Got a pic? Where did you order it from? Was it listed as an overlay? I know my overlay was a thin metal and i was uber nervous about the fitment as well. Mine wobbled a lil too. The 3m tape on the back will definitely hold that thing in place

I believe the steering wheel is an overlay. To ease you mind you may want to holler at Kdm just to be sure. Personally i have not found any full replacement badges for the steering wheel. All have been overlays. Kdm has always been quick to respond to questions. I wish i had better advice for you. But hey congrats on the rebadge kit!

Installed front and rear Eibach sway bars earlier today, on soft setting. What a difference. The car is nice and flat on corners, feels great.

...but screw the rear driver’s side bushing brackets. What a pain in the butt that was.

yes, steering wheel emblem is like an overlay but I'm told it can be also be a replacement and there's a link here somewhere on how to change/install that.
If anyone comes across that link, please share it here or to me.

Added Mando ECS 10.

still trying to figure out all the possible settings. But playing with it both 100% firm and 0% firm. Massive difference compared to stock sport vs comfort.
How was the install?

He said the drivers side rear bushing brackets are a pain, which is basically my sentiment too when I did mine a few weeks ago. The fuel filler hoses really get in the way.
Using a combination of a box wrench on a breaker bar to break them loose (just no room to get leverage), and short socket wrench I was able to get the old brackets off. You need to use a socket to get the new ones on as they do not allow the use of a box wrench (flange gets in the way).
In some respects, it may appear that working from outside the car through the wheel well seems easier, but part of it is actually better from underneath.

Are you referring to the sways or the Mando unit? My question is re the Mando. Cheers

Sorry, I was talking about the sways.
