Hi all!
So yesterday I drove into town (15 miles or so). I stopped to pick up some cognac (mmmm) and when leaving the parking lot I hit an edge.. like where the tar from the parking lot meets the concrete that leads to the street. It was a good 2" high.. a straight up edge.... _____| like that.
I didn't scrape but it was a small jolt at about 2-3mph.
About 2 blocks later my front right tire was down to 27lbs and my dash was of course telling me I had a low tire.
Luckily I was right by a gas station. I filled up the tire (man, it would be nice if the Stinger had what my wife's Murano does.. when you fill the tire when it gets to the right pressure the horn honks) and drove home keeping a close eye on the pressure on the dash.
Besides a normal 1lb up or down that normally happens on all tires, I made it home fine.
This morning I checked and it was still at the pressure I filled it to.
This is an 18 GT2 AWD with the 18" wheels.
I thought maybe the jolt may have caused a little air to leak out of the bead or something? Possible?
I also noticed once I refilled all tires when cold that my manual air pressure guage (analog, not digital) reads 2lbs lower than the Stinger does... So there's that too.
