Hey guys!
I see alot of questions and requests on here for Stinger deals and leases.
I work as an Auto Broker in Colorado but do business all over the US.

if you guys have lease or finance questions, im always happy to help.
If you want a specific car, I have access to most dealer inventory in the US as well as national auction listing availability across the country.
Message me here, reply to this post, or email me at amoriyasu@centleasing.com

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Question: are there no more rebates for leasing the 2020s?

Why do we not pay you for your hard work and dedication to this forum? While I have you, these rebates are bound to keep dropping every month huh? I remember they were like 9K to too long ago.

glad to help. Just passing along what I’ve have learn from people before me.
Historically the best lease rebate for the GT1 and GT2 are after Dec
GT best after Oct
Most likely lease rebate will continue, most likely will increase, but it’s not guarantees

I am selling my car to a friend and buying a 2020 Stinger GT2 no questions asked. Doing the lease buyout of course, so I guess I will take whatever I get as far as rebates. Thanks.

Just follow my template and negotiate and you’ll be all good to go

Where is your template?

the following is basically what i've learned from the lease buyout thread, from everyone else before me, thanks for their help.

its a cliff note
Use this template, it’s basically all the numbers and steps you need.
Must have very good to great credit, I’m thinking 780+
Start at Manufacturer MSRP, do NOT pay for addendum sticker, (dealer MSRP), dealer add on
- 10% dealer discount or as close as possible or more
- lease rebate, ask or lease term, 24 months 12k miles (highest rebate)
- any trade-in
+ tax, tag, doc fees, acq fee (Beware of BS fees, don’t pay them)
= final balance = Adj Cap Cost
Do not put any extra money down
Review lease agreement for Adj Cap Cost it should be equal or close as the final balance, you and the sale manager agreed to.
review sections 9, 22D, 23B, in the lease agreement, to make sure you can buyout early w/o penalty.
Drive away in your new Stinger. Be careful not to total the car, during the lease period.
Buyout once your VIN hits KMF ASAP, do not wait!!
Making any lease payment, will reduce your lease rebate, that's why you want to buyout asap.
If in Florida or a state you need to visit a dealership to buyout, shop around different dealerships for quotes to buyout
buying out does not mean you need to paid in full with cash, you can take out a traditional car loan, via bank, credit union, etc.

Do we have PM’s on this message board? I want to send you an e-mail.

Great writeup, some minor nits.

I would say don't put a trade-in into this mix, it just muddies the waters and makes totaling the vehicle between lease and buyout riskier. Take it to Carmax and if they are even in the same ballpark, just process the transaction that way. It's really just a "Do not put any extra money down Pt2"

I like knowing the invoice price + holdback as an informed anchor point, dealers get super testy if you actually Bring-this-up-to-their-face but keep it on your napkin (detailed excel spreadsheet) unless that's what you meant by dealer MSRP 2020 Kia Stinger Prices: MSRP, Invoice, Holdback & Dealer Cost

And move the lease rebate after the final balance but before adj cap cost, know 100% this rebate is not coming from your dealer, it is coming from KIA motor finance after you have agreed on an out the door price. Focus on what is negotiable on the table, take the complexity off of it and move it later in the spreadsheet.

You are focusing on + tax tag doc and BS fees - discount you can negotiate.

@AYip31 I can see the buyout price. Do I have to send them the cheque to the address mentioned?
I had to do my buyout at a dealership, it’s required in Florida.
But KMF should give you instructions to buyout, sending odometer reading, etc
Also reread some of the post in the main buyout thread.
sorry I couldn’t be more help

Hey guys - could use some help here as I'm currently negotiating a lease.

Edmunds Info:
2021 Kia Stinger GT2 RWD
location: 75240
24/10
.00122 MF and 56% residual
$7000 lease cash

Initial Dealer Lease Offer:
MSRP: 52,075
-Dealer discount: 4700
-Kia Cash rebate: 2500
Sales Price: 44,875
TTL & Fees: 1,642.65
...They said with these numbers and nothing down, $815/mo payment.

I won't justify nearly 2% of the sales price for mo. payment, but before I go back to negotiate, I'm curious if the $7000 lease cash incentive that Edmunds mentioned could be applied on top of this to the cap cost reduction? (I can't find the incentive anywhere, so I'm not sure of the fine print)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
