Drag/Acceleration Mods to improve ¼ mile times and unofficial track thread

I wanted to circle back around on this fuse. Will this totally disable the front drive? In other words could I then take it to a chassis dyno with only rear wheel option?
Did this RWD switch on my AWD so you can do a burn out in the box- $15.

Did the AWD/RWD switch last week and it certainly feels like only the rear is operational. Thanks to Tonkabob for the helpful video!

Any long term adverse effects of awd running in rwd for somewhat extended periods? Aside for. Tire wear?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
You can run it in RWD mode on a RwD dyno. I have. One AWD owner has driven his in RWD mode for several months. Plus over 60 mph the front it's only rwd anyways.

The switch is super easy hardest part is making the prongs to fit into the fuse slot.

I'm parting out my stinger, someone can buy mine for $25 shipped. But you can make your own for $15. Mine does have wire loom on the part under the hood so it's almost fancy. Lol

Good to know, thanks for the information.

I wasn't comfortable making the prongs for the fuse so I ended up purchasing this Fuse Socket Connector that alone is $25 lol. Works great though!

I saw those. Let me know if it works. Wasn't sure it would fit.

Again. Good stuff. Looks simple enough but a diagram would remove all concerns about how to wire it if you find the time.

I was really hoping that BMS would create something like this that integrated with the JB4. The advantage there would have been it only activates at 0mph, could disengage if boost over n psi for more than n seconds and the like.

I currently use a snipless 'snip' via magnets but it is a pain. I have considered using electromagnet but there is very limited space around the sensor that detects it and electromagnets are bulky and potentially too weak.
Please elaborate on the “snipless” snip with magents

Thank you

Looks like this. Not practical but gets the job done without cutting anything. FYI - Your brake lights don't work while it is in place. Good for draggy position but that is about it.

FYI - I can't claim credit to thinking this up someone else had mentioned doing something with a magnet and this was my stab at it.

Ok, I gotcha now. Yes, I get it, kinda clunky to set up, but great to test out the results. If it works for you, and the snip mod is the next step.

Thanks, i’m gonna give it a try

Apologies if already listed, please point me in the right direction. What 1/4 mile gains has anyone seen from the MRBP cat-back? Just the exhaust, no other mods?

Thanks

13.1 ish to 12.93 on 93 octane, I also had cold air intakes from Agency at the same time so that helped on both ends, breathing and exhaling.
