Frankly, while the delays are definitely unusual, given that it’s been almost 5 months since I’ve ordered, it’s the lack of communication that stands my hair on end.  I’ve been following up every 2 weeks, the couple of times I’ve got a response it’s been “oh, I’ll look into this tomorrow”, then I follow up to weeks later asking if they looked into it again.  I fully appreciate that the group buy may have swamped them, but from the updates on Instagram, I expect they’re prioritizing recent local work over payments received from the group buy.  Happy to help a brotha out, but in hind sight I would have just bought an 
injen.
