Unbelievable. If they try to deny covering this under warranty, nail them to the wall and do not let up. If one of their garage monkeys broke a bolt off in the turbo (I assume they mean the flange where the downpipe meets the turbo/manifold combo) that is NOT your problem especially since the whole reason you're even in this mess in the first place is because of a different Kia dealer's incompetence.
