I couldn't even do THAT! Today what I did was MISS my car as she has been back at the dealership for the past week and I am stuck in an old Kia Optima that I almost have to get out and push lol.Well I’ll kick off this new thread, I did nothing to the car except fill it up & admire it in the afternoon winters sun while walking back to it.

Saw that some walk by had inserted a tinting service promo card under my windshield wiper, driver's side. I have PPF wrapped around the rear edge of the hood, so no risk there anymore. Heh! But, I shall NOT be availing myself of tint, not even if offered free.me too. The car is stock. I have not even tinted the windows yet, but it is on my to-do list along with a few other things. I hope one day it will happen. Lol.
They have had it for 2 weeks this time around (to repair the sunroof noises) and now I just got an email telling me they are hoping to get the seat module to repair ANOTHER problem next week from Korea (hopefully) So in the last 2.5 months the car has been with the dealer for 5 weeks. I just told them I want Kia to offer me some type of compensation over and above repairing the faults. How long are they keeping the Stinger for?
Tie one to a chair to give it a rest runMy new black sheepskin seat covers came for my Stinger today!!!!! Woohoo! But I don't have my car back yet so they are just sitting on my lounge![]()
They will make good throw rugs in the meantime....My new black sheepskin seat covers came for my Stinger today!!!!! Woohoo! But I don't have my car back yet so they are just sitting on my lounge![]()

They've already done it. They said they replaced the sunroof rails but who knows what new issues I'm going to find when I get the car back in 2053!Good luck with that. Any idea what they are going to do with the roof.
I read another post recently that stated it was the rails causing the issues and not the roof itself. So will be interesting if this fixes your problem. They've already done it. They said they replaced the sunroof rails but who knows what new issues I'm going to find when I get the car back in 2053!
What other problem do you have? I don’t think they will be asking you to do any PR work for Kia anytime soon. 5 weeks at the dealer. Wow!!They have had it for 2 weeks this time around (to repair the sunroof noises) and now I just got an email telling me they are hoping to get the seat module to repair ANOTHER problem next week from Korea (hopefully) So in the last 2.5 months the car has been with the dealer for 5 weeks. The other problem is they need to replace the seat module as it intermittently wont move back when I enter the car. And last month they replaced the transmission. Nothing much wrong with MY car. Lol.What other problem do you have? I don’t think they will be asking you to do any PR work for Kia anytime soon. 5 weeks at the dealer. Wow!!
That's the best bit of news I've read in ages! Let's hope so.I read another post recently that stated it was the rails causing the issues and not the roof itself. So will be interesting if this fixes your problem.
That is some bad luck. And yours is the second transmission replaced in Oz that I know about. And these cars are supposed to be reliable. The other problem is they need to replace the seat module as it intermittently wont move back when I enter the car. I intend to. Cheers.5 weeks is 10% of the year. So hit them up for 10% of your rego and insurance. The worst they can do is say no.
