Group Buy - ISG (Idle Stop and Go)/Auto Hold, Proximity Lock/Unlock, Heat/Cool setting memory module

Is this website even real? (I'm kidding... I think)

I ordered my proximity door lock module 23 days ago, and it's still "awaiting fulfillment." They told my I'd have it this week, but it still hasn't shipped. And my credit card was charged the day I ordered...
Site is real. :) Most of GB orders were fulfilled. Some got delayed due to covid complication but order is somewhere in the mail system. Owner is very responsive and prompt. Feel free to email the support or find Sam Sunwoo@facebook.

Bro -

See my comments already in this thread. I feel your pain.

I ordered mine 3/19. I have YET to receive mine. Granted, it was during the Coronavirus and all that. The "tracking" information showed the label was created on 1/1/1900 at first. Now, at least it appears to be Stateside based on the update I just pulled "Processed Through Facility - Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 8:37 am on April 19, 2020"

Hang in there. It's likely been slowed down due to all the Virus stuff going on.

My module finally shipped today. Ordered 3/31/20. UPS is showing a rather optimistic delivery date of tomorrow (it's still in South Korea and it's coming to Texas). Excited to get this one installed!

Good luck. I'm still waiting. As of today it still says it's in NY, I have to keep going to my office to check to see if it actually got delivered. Haven't been there this week yet. Fingers crossed.

Ordered on the 4/17 shipped on 4/27 arriving today.

Sure enough, mine is out for delivery too. Overnight delivery from South Korea to Texas is impressive!

I guess I am, quite literally, the last to get mine. Not the last to order though. LoL.

Now that I have them I need to figure out which one is which and how they get connected :) Yes I have one extra which is the Lane Keep Assist to change its warning timeout, I am often on long straight roads and it never thinks I'm holding on to the wheel when I actually am.

Seats and LKA, you are on your own. :) I have the seats install doc but don't have LKA. I think I can look up a Korean site for document if you need it. Let me know if you run into problems. Take pic/vid and post up installation process when you are done.

Thanks, I saw your previous posts on the installs. Did you like using the positaps over the other types of taps? In a previous post "Smart" auto hold module, is that what we have or is that something different?

Domestic as in US? I haven't found any. As for Smart module according to seller:
1. Auto Hold / ISG (Idle Stop and Go) memory
2. Turn off Auto Hold on reverse, Resume Auto Hold upon "D" or "P"
3. Hazard light on at reverse
4. When cruise is off, Cancel button will turn on hazard light 3x (courtesy feature)
5. Using Smart Cruise, car will move forward when car ahead moves.

This is what you had posted about it the auto-hold off in reverse would be nice and #5 as well

Now to get brave enough to take my car apart, think I need to get some panel tools first and of course some wiretaps before I dive into this unless I find someone smarter than me that is willing to help me install them.

Our modules are non-smart modules unfortunately, so it will only remember your settings where you left off.
Posi-tap is the recommended go to tapping method for tapping into existing wire. All the research I've done pointed to positaps. JB4 install uses positap as well. It is step down from soldering but I wanted a way to uninstall just in case. I know other people have used other taps successfully so it's your call. :)
Panel tools are useful, but you can always wrap a flathead screw driver with electric/felt tape. Most of the trim for proximity came off using just hand.

nah. I ordered mine 3/13 and they're still in Korea. Just got handed over to the post office this weekend.

Where did you get the LKA module?

Where did you get the LKA (Lane Keep Assist) module?

If you email Shark Racing they will special order you one. They can also get you the SVM / AVM module. I can confirm they both work with the Stinger. The modules will not be the plug and play version, but it's not a difficult install.

What's svm? The 360 camera while driving?

I haven't had much time to play with it since I'm not driving much, but from what I can tell with my poorly google-translated instructions it allows you to flip through the cameras with the cruise control up and down buttons, it can automatically turn the camera on if a blind spot warning triggers, and I think a switch can set it up to turn the cameras on with the turn signals. I'm talking with SR now about getting some translated manuals for what the switches on the unit do.

So far I really find being able to flip through the cameras via the cruise buttons useful for city driving.

This sounds pretty awesome it looks like it was 2 boards you installed in your picture? Was there enough room for all of that. Wish I had known about that one when I ordered. Any other modules we should know about.

These features would of been nice as well

Thinking about it the ability to record that video would be pretty awesome as well

I went on a test drive just now with the SVM module. The cruise speed up and slow down buttons let you cycle through the camera modes at any speed, as long as the cruise control is not engaged. Switch 2 determines if the camera turns on whenever you use the turn signals or not. I did not intentionally trigger the blind spot warning, but a blind spot warning is supposed to turn the camera on too. Switch 1 determines if you get a rear view, or split view of rear + a left or right side camera when a blind spot warning or turn signal input occurs. I'd assume if you get a blind spot warning or use a signal with switch 2 on, the camera will engage while cruising, but I did not specifically test it.

Having both switches on seems like it could be useful in tight cities. I'll see how it goes and maybe change the settings later.
